Will no be choosing this Jack in the box again. Ordered a Sourdough Jack and Curly fries and 2 tacos. Sourdough was not grilled, there was no cheese, and it was cold! Fries were lucked warm and very hard. Tacos were okay but I wont be spending my money here. For a simple order with no special requirements ordered at 4:17 on a Monday with no one else in the drive through and only a few cars parked outside. People that work here don't care obviously.

Slowest location in the world...most of the time they aren't even that busy...just slow...it's ridiculous to have to wait over 15 minutes in a drive thru with three cars in it...then they take about 10 minutes between each driver to give them their food...if there was another one close I'd go to that one...this one sucks! Save yourself the headache...2/8/2018... the prime rib sandwich..doesn’t look edible but it was pretty good..

Absolute garbage. Wait 30 to 40 minutes in drive through.. watch employees dancing rather than working with people not in uniform. Food is cold and gross. You should consider paying enough to get decent employees. I loved jack in the box until I moved to Missouri.

These restaurants keep telling us to pull forward. Does this reduce their time of service? Has upper management not caught on to this tactic and realized that service is still slow? The guy who helped me was extremely nice and I like all the employees at this location

I stopped at this location and they are always understaffed which I understand but what I don't understand is Staff working in their street clothes staff not wearing gloves some staff wearing gloves when they're preparing the food and then coming up to the register with the same gloves on. Staff walking on the line on their personal cell phone while grabbing food for customers.

No one came on the speaker, when I asked if they were open I was told, "We're busy we'll be woth you shortly." Rude much???
Then I had to repeat my order three times. When I pulled around there was only one vehicle in front of me and he waited for several minutes before they handed him his food.
I pull up and pay for my food, waited for several minute's and was given my order of tiny tacos and half a small fry. I had to get the girl's attention to tell her I ordered curly fries and have her the old, half bag of fries back to her to be given my cold curly fries.
She had an attitide the entire time, the drive through window was quite dirty and it was just a sad experience. 😥

Worst experience ever. I started by getting food at 3pm when I got home curly fries were half cooked. And my loaded tiny tacos missing. I drive 15 minutes back to this location and at 4 I got my remake order my fries weren't curly and tacos not loaded. I go back in the drive thru and it takes 45 minutes to get me a new remake as I wanted a refund instead. But since I left my card at home they couldn't refund it. Worst experience ever. And first time at this location. I'll take my business to the Mexico rd jack in the box. Most reviews on here are bad and the "owner" aka automated message never fixed their mistakes. If you want things made right go anywhere but here.
