We come back every time we come to st Augustine. We are from Indiana and it's some of the best authentic Mexican food we've had! We dined and listened to light jazz. We will always come back here when we are in st Augustine!

Our meal was exactly what we were looking for. Authentic Mexican food served by a fabulous staff. The customer service and food is high quality. My husband particularly enjoyed his pollo chacmool and horchata. I had the mahi tacos which were also excellent. Thank you to the staff for offering a lovely experience!

What a cute place to have a very nice lunch! Steak fajita is my line in the sand for a Mexican restaurant. The meat was tasty and tender. Not too spicy for those of us who can’t go that route. Yay! The portion size was right on. Enjoyed sitting on the charming screened terrace. We will be back again.

The food is very fresh and delish, very small and cute place. Wr ate so quick I forgot to take pics! Tacos are amazing… the Mexican sangria is really good and conveniently located across from the beach! This is one of the best little restaurants on the beach..

This place is absolutely, hands down, the best tasting, the most authentic, ethnic restaurant I've been to in the past 10 years. Easily an 8.6 out of 5. A real hidden gem.
Don't come here expecting the same old Tex-Mex slop. This small, traditional eatery is owned and run by a family from the Yucatan and it is SO good. The interior is authentic and very clean. The seating is well spaced, both inside and their nice screened-in porch. Even the music was pleasantly appropriate. Their salsa tasted so fresh, as in made this morning. They brought out our sides of rice and beans, and even they were totally delicious. Definitely 3 or 4 stars above even great Tex-Mex fare. The mains of shrimp tacos and mole chicken were cooked to perfection and utterly delicious. Portion sizes on everything (including desert) were overly generous.
Sign coming in said to expect minor delays due to staffing, but our service at 12:30 on a Thursday was very, very fast, warm and friendly. Easy off-street parking. We will definitely be back.
