Whataburger

Literally finally opened two days ago, went through the drive thru, the guy kept saying “anything else… anything else” like yes I want those to be combos not just the burgers. Then we asked to ketchup & got no ketchup at all. There were three cars in the drive thru so I don’t know why it took me 45 mins to get my food. Or why I couldn’t get what I asked for. My order wasn’t right at all. Horrible rude staff. Starting to hate wataburger so much because every location has the worst rudest laziest staff in the world. They don’t care about their jobs. Never going back. Liberals ruined everything that was once good. Thanks a lot.

Really glad I paid for 1 burger and they sent me home with a bag of fries and that's it. How do you not bag the only thing I ordered. Glad I paid 14 bucks for a fry. Edit: I'll leave my comment but the operating partner reached out to me the next morning and even watched cameras to see what happened. Then she offered me a refund and replacement. So 5 stars for customer service.

Only complaint. Get a cone to close the second lane in the drive thru if you're going to have people merge into one lane or close the lane. I'm not the first one to point this out in the reviews. People are not friendly about letting someone in front of them in line. Even if they ordered after someone. Other than that staff is friendly.

I get that you are busy. What I don't get is the fact you have a huge line in the drive-thru and only have 1 lane open. I sat in line 15 minutes with no movement. So with no indication that the other lane was closed, I went to that one. Waited 5 minutes, about to drive off and someone answers. This lane is closed, I can take your order but you have to get back in line. I drove off, I am not waiting half an hour probably longer just to get my ordered food. I went to McDonald's.
