Have had great success with service in the curbside pickup orders. Four times all served within a couple minutes and order was prepared 100% correct. Clearly a well managed franchise, much appreciated 👍

Did an online order and upon receiving the food noticed they didn’t put an entire meal in the bag. Spent $70 and called up there and they said we would have to come and pick it up even though it was their fault that we didn’t receive our entire order. Asked them just to refund and put it back on our card and they said it would have to be done in person. Will never order from the whataburger app again and won’t visit this location anymore. We will be driving to the one in Lake Worth. They need to come up with a better refunding and handling complaints method.

This Whataburger is very clean. The employees were very friendly and helpful. The fries and Onion rings were very hot, like they just came out of the fryer. Very impressed with this restaurant.

Stale biscuits had to be at least two or three days old. I ordered coffee and it tasted like soapy very strong tea. Went back through and got another cup of it which was worse. Nice folks and I don't doubt they're trying- but somethings going wrong at this location.

Really great place, but today not getting my strawberry shake. they said the strawberry supposedly ran out. Had to get chocolate instead only after they gave me a vanilla shake with strawberry in the middle. It was filled up to the point where it was oozing out of the cup. Other than that Whataburger is still great, but they need to train their employees a little better on what they're doing.

Second time I've pulled up at the drive thru and sat there for 5-10mins without them taking my order when I was the only one in the drive and the lane next to me gets a car and they take theirs immediately. I pull up to the window to order, they have an attitude, I pull up to the second to pay and they read off 3 different orders that aren't mine, they park me, and finally bring the food after another 10 minutes without the drinks. My boyfriend goes inside to get the drinks, they're throwing them away when they just ran the food out to our truck instead of even checking if we're there still to run them out to us. What a headache even for fast food.

Went through the drive thru … ordered … left and realized we didn’t have our complete order or even napkins. Called to have them adjust our card and she said she couldn’t do a refund. In todays computer world absolutely absurd you can’t adjust a credit card amount for your screw up!!! I could understand if it was cash but we are talking about a credit card… I’ve been in retail world for many years and I know you only batch your credit cards daily . It surely can be done moments after the transaction with the order number….. terrible customer service…
Of all retail place fast food should be able to give refunds from the phone, that’s the most common complaint on reviews.

Straight trash. The establishment was dirty. Ice machine didn’t work and one of the employees was sticking his whole hand in it. Service took a whole hr for two orders and a side of onion rings. Management is trash. They do absolutely nothing to resolve the issue but make excuses. Do not waste your time here, I online orders are “priority “ and even they had to wait.
