Made my coffee correct. The girl taking my order was rude. It was quite obvious that she didn't want to be there. They were all out of Stevia. But the guy who handed me my coffee was very nice, polite and professional. Made up for the rest. He gets 4 stars.

Kind of slow, but has greatly improved as of late. Always get a 10 box of assorted timbits, usually always good. There's a lady there, probably in her mid 40s who is always super nice too me.

My wife and I stopped in to get her just a cup of coffee at 9:50am through the drive-thru. At one point there were six cars ahead of us and the line did not move for 8-10 minutes. We got so upset, she went in to get coffee took 3 minutes AND the line moved 1 car. Unacceptable, we were FINALLY back on Gratiot Rd by 10:15-10:20. Never going to that location again. I was almost late for work.

This is just completely ridiculous. I can't seem to understand why they would actually be okay with serving a "grilled cheese" like this. Paid money just for bread and cheese slices. Quality has really gone down hill I guess.

Waited for 20 min for my food. Absolutely ridiculous. Very disappointing!!! Lost my order and had to wait another 10 min. And didn't even offer anything free for there mistake.

After order my coffee one way for more than a year, they are going to tell me that I’ve been changed incorrectly.
I get a L Dark roast with 1/4 French Vanilla, I’m getting more Dark roast then French Vanilla, and they want to charge me the full price for a Large French Vanilla…. Instead of it cost me $1.98, I have to pay $2.28(?), that a rip off.

Went through the drive through today and Steven helped me. It was so nice to actually have someone smile and greet you in a pleasant and professional way. We need more people like him in the drive through.
