Would totally give 5 stars if the cashier had better comprehension skillls. The food is absolutely amazing and fresh! I ordered for me and my partner as follows. 2 pick 2s which is 2 full sandwiches which were absolutely amazing. 2 kickin crab soups which were also great and different than I’ve ever tasted. And 1 full salad to share for the both of us. Garden salad to be exact. As you can see in the video she added a extra crab soup which was not my order. Overall, great food.

Great and fast food! We were served by a man with dark longish hair and he was great. However it was almost like he was the only one working. The three girls were heavily ignoring customers and standing around talking. The man was running circles around them, taking orders, serving, cleaning the lobby, etc. I hope he gets some recognition for his work ethic!

We love Souper Cafe. It is a place I look forward to when I am in Saginaw. Today I ordered a sandwich and received the wrong one but I ate the wrong sandwich and I loved it! My favorite soup is lobster bisque. My daughter loves the grilled cheese sandwiches too.

Does the Souper Cafe in Saginaw put any Broccoli in their Soup? The Bay City location only has Broccoli Soup juice. The Manager there today told me they don't put Broccoli in their Soup. I can't leave a review for the Bay City location so can you pass this on please?

Don't know why I bother with this place. Never hear anything good about it. Our family has gotten screwed every time they go. Something missing or wrong EVERY time. Not complaining about quality, either. But how hard is it to make a sandwich? The girl taking my order even read it back to me. It's pretty simple...MEAT AND CHEESE! But I still got onions, mayo, lettuce and tomato. The one time I get something here and they can't even get MEAT AND CHEESE right! One things for sure, Souper Cafe is consistent at screwing this household over. The one star is for the fact that their food isn't bad. Have a little pride...

Food was very good. Sandwiches were perfect..my green pepper soup was delicious...my husband had the chicken noodle soup, he liked it however there wasn't any noodles , mostly broth.
