Very good Sushi and hibachi place, there is wide variety selection of rolls and sushi. Perfect for family and friends gathering for a lunch or dinner. We're always happily with every meal they have prepared for us, chefs make hibachi absolutely delicious, and of course the deserts, ice cream tempura is our favorite.

My hubby and I decided to take our youngest daughter to Matsuya to celebrate her birthday. The service was great! We went early (5 p.m.) to beat the crowd. Our server was attentive, tables were cleaned and food was good. The chef at the grill was entertaining and kept everyone at the table laughing. The cocktail that I ordered was made to perfection and the shimp tempura appetizer was fresh and delicious. I removed a star because my husband is allergic to seafood and the chef still put shrimp on his plate- we are not the complaining type so he just swapped plates with our daughter. Overall good service, good food and drinks and nice spot to grab lunch or enjoy dinner.

I went here on my birthday yesterday, June 1st, and it was truly amazing. The staff were nice, the cook was hilarious and food wasn’t bland or over seasoned. 5/5 would definitely come back.

Obviously a 5 star means excellency all around, and certainly the welcome was not the most cordial! Actually we sat our selves! The place was pretty simple to find and parking was not a problem. Also to get our order in took just about an hour! Other than that the food was very good, the chef was excellent and very friendly! Prices were not very friendly either, but a bit above avarege. just consider that 20% gratuity is forcefully included!! I hope I was able to offer an un biased opinion!
