Awesome staff. I occasionally order my husband a Frappuccino or cold beverage on hot days because, he works outside. Today I ordered his usual from another location but, when I got to his job I dropped his drink inside my car while juggling other things. So, I figured my bad and ordered another from this location. I told the guy what happened just minutes before and, he was sweet enough to reimburse me for dropping the order and gave me towels for my car. Hubby is happy. Much appreciated. I will definitely be back. Thank you so much.

Though I really do love the beverages that Starbucks in general has to offer, I would have to say that this location isn't my favorite. They totally botched one of the drinks I ordered last time. I guess, if I am being honest, I could cut them a little slack because it seemed like the person making the drinks was probably new. I say that because the guy taking orders and money was telling the other person how to make the drink i ordered. It was a regular menu offering, btw, which was why I hesitated to cut them slack to begin with. I placed my order online and, even though there was no one else in the drive thru line, and it wasn't busy inside, I still had to wait a couple minutes for my second beverage. It was kind of odd because the guy asked me if I wanted the drink that I ordered..or another variation of it - which kind of confused me - and I guess I panicked, so I agreed to the variation, and then I didn't get my drink the way I wanted it, or the way I ordered it!! On top of that, the drink in question was supposed to be iced, and it came with no ice in it! It looked like maybe there had been some ice, but it melted? Either way, it was hugely disappointing. They also served it to me, it looked like, without stirring or mixing it. It was seperated. And since it didn't come with a straw, it was difficult to mix myself, and it splattered on my car when i tried to cover the hole and swirl it. And the drinks there are not friggin cheap, so ... Extra disappointing because I don't often splurge on such extravagances 😢 overall, kind of a let down.

This place is really losing their credibility. I will take the extra time to go to a different Starbucks. We order extra shots in almost every drink so our drinks are usually darker in color and they've been handing us drinks that are the same color as vanilla bean frapps. I come for the coffee people get it together. Plus they are in a shortage of cups and of stoppers supposedly so my coffee spills all over the place while I'm driving to work. So that's nice.

no fork or simply napkins were provided even after a special request. The staff stated that they are "in the bottom". Didn't find them even when I reached the "bottom with bare hands. 🤷🏻♂️

This is the closest Starbucks to my home and it's awful. Today they forgot the Carmel flavor in my Carmel frappuccino...how🤷🏾♀️. They are always forgetting something last time they forgot all the coffee ended up with a vanilla bean basically.i get the shortage in workers but no excuse for not properly training the ones u have.this is why I now prefer dutch bros

When I go to the mortuary close by to visit my parents (I live over 2 hrs away) I stop in this Starbucks before heading back on the freeway.
What a disappointment that on the 21st (Tues) they were all out of mocha! So, any drinks needing that ingredient were out of luck. Both my cousin and I were definitely out of luck. Just had coffee which defeated the entire reason for stopping there.
Appears there is a new Starbucks a few blocks away which I will try next time. How disappointing, although the Barista was very nice, but nothing she could do.

Horrible... horrible..
both times I’ve came here my experiences were bad.
Asked to use the restroom and I was told customers only. But then a Asian lady asked right after me & walked in the same time just to use the restroom & the Starbucks cashier wrote the code and let her go & she didn’t buy anything.. so that customer only thing was only for me I guess.
Second time: came here to do work and get coffee this time & every outlet was down. Asked one of the workers just in case I was tripping & she said yes they’re out and had an attitude.
Idk what’s wrong but they most definitely shouldn’t have people in the front with horrible attitudes, addressing customers or potential customers.
I drink Starbucks damn near everyday & this hands down IS THE WORSE.
