It's really hit or miss here. I guess sometimes there's a crew on shift that actually love their job and have work place integrity which is harder to find these days. I'm aware it's a "fast food joint" but nowadays people only wanna leave reviews about negative stuff. This place could be better BUT there are Sooooo many more locations that are far worse so I commend them for trying and at least being good when they hit!

The only problem I've had with this location is the frappe machine being down frequently, and their idea of fresh fries. Now as a customer, when I order fresh fries, I should receive fries straight from the fry hopper, uncooked, and dropped down into the oil. But what I receive quite frequently are fries that have been cooked once already, they just drop them back into the oil to heat them up, giving the illusion that they've dropped fresh fries.

They served me raw chicken. All they said they could do was have me come back and give me a refund or get a replacement. I have a 30 min lunch. Let me tell you this I bit into it and the texture I got was disgusting as hell. Raw, squishy, flaky meat. If I can give no stars I would.

Usually this place does a good job. I was there on Friday and the sausage egg McMuffin had egg shells in it. It was fresh and hot though!

I had to climb up the slide to get my grandson down. The slide was sticky, dirty & rough. Maybe, management should look inside the slide & see for themselves. A new slide is needed.

Updated 8/18/15. Ok, so do these guys EVER fill their drink orders? Regardless if it was filled by machine or by human they are never full. Each day they rip off countless customers by not filling their drink orders all the way plus throw in the ocassional hash brown or fries not in the bag and we got rip off central. I seriously need to stop coming here, they just piss me off!
