I recently visited McDonald's and had an exceptional experience with the customer service, particularly from employee Tiffany. Her kindness and welcoming demeanor stood out, making it the best McDonald's visit I've had. The restaurant's cleanliness and modern ambiance added to the positive impression. Tiffany's exceptional service shone through when there was a spill, and she promptly and efficiently handled the situation. Her attentiveness and willingness to assist in cleaning up went above and beyond, showcasing her commitment to customer satisfaction. Not only did Tiffany excel in her role, but her managerial potential was evident. Her leadership qualities were apparent in the way she managed the situation, making her a valuable asset to this location. I believe she has the potential to take on a managerial role, further enhancing the overall customer experience. Additionally, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the play place, reflecting the high standards maintained throughout the establishment. Overall, my visit was a testament to the outstanding service provided by Tiffany and the commendable standards upheld at this McDonald's.

Really like this McDonald's because of the playground, kids can enjoy their time here, rain or shine. Food, service is good but a little dirty, no one is cleaning the tables or the floors 🙄 Other than that, it is a great place

This is the brand new McDonald's on Elkhorn Boulevard and they just opened their doors. It's beautiful inside. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. You can use a touch screen computer to order or you can talk to a live person. The food was fast and hot like you would expect at McDonald's. The coffee was great.

5 Stars for full removal and adding playground area for kids. Now entire McDonalds looks very modern inside.

I would sometimes have to make do with this McDonald's between 10pm and 1am when only the drive thru is open as it is the only location nearby that stays open that late. Though I've only been here a few times after work, you would often see a backed up line of cars that does not seem too bad at first till you remember how slow the service is(if you have seen how they have handled a larger volume of cars). Expect a longer wait time compared to other locations(between 20-30 minutes when it gets busy). Though I completely understand that it can gets busy at times, it does seem like they are understaffed or unorganized which is evident by the snails pace of the drive thru. I would avoid this location if it is busy and if there are alternatives available for. You are better off finding a different fast food restaurant. Edit: This place has gotten much better. The customer service is on par with or better than others. Perhaps because of a new manager I see often.

They get it right. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. This McDonalds location is the ONLY one worth giving an online review for. They are truly a standout in every way. From friendliness, to cleanliness, to efficiency, to accuracy… they never disappoint. Whoever manages this store is doing a great job - and the staff should be rewarded.

I stopped at this location this morning and asked for 2 medium SFFV iced coffees... and the lady handed me my drinks. I stop at McDonalds for coffee about 3-4 times per week, so when she handed me the drinks I knew something was off. And I asked "These are mediums??" And she said "yes. Those are mediums." ....No they are not. I stopped at my regular McDonalds that is near my job, and THAT was a medium. Not the SMALL that the first store sold me . McLiars. Can I post a picture of the side by sides for McProof?
