Not much of a beer selection but man do they make a stiff drink! I love this bar because the people are so friendly and so is the staff. The also have AMAZING FOOD! The music is always playing and there is just enough room to dance. This is a must visit dive bar with very affordable prices!
This is the Best Dive bar in Sac! Drinks are 🔥 and Reasonably priced. Under New ownership. And the Service is A-1. A Definite must try if you’re in Sac.

I have been in Sacramento and the area since 1971 and I had never been in the XO bar until today and the reason I went in there was because the traffic on the interstate was backed up everywhere and this is a quiet little community bar that's got specials in food like Tuesdays is tacos 3 for $5 but

The staff is friendly and caring. The bar is a dive bar that serves food at lunch. If you want good company and do not mind surrounding this place is okay.

Old time bar, kind of sketchy to the critical eye, but I like that. Very good food, lunch prepared daily. The beer is cold.
