Unlike other McDonalds, this one seems to have more consistent quality and neatness of food. They have never messed up any of my few orders, which is something to appreciate about this joint. I ordered an egg McMuffin and added an extra egg round and an extra Canadian bacon, for reference👇

I've gotten used to ordering at the kiosk. I prefer it now. What's the point though when the payment system is down and you have to wait in line to pay. I might as well have ordered at the register. I had to ask for someone to come take my payment because there wasn't a cashier at the register.
I know the new law is that customers are supposed to ask for napkins, etc. If they're delivering your food to your table, it doesn't seem like you should have to get up to ask for them. Who has a toddler that eats pancakes without needing a napkin?

I have always loved a simple cheeseburger and fries and McDonald's always delivers. Just the location on Meadow view is not optimal. While waiting for my order, a homeless person forced their way into the place, several bags in hand, muttering non-stop about nothing. It was frightening. But all the staff were calm and eventually ushered him out. They should get bravery awards.

McDonald’s on pocket road off of I-5 is cool location. They are always staff right and keep hygiene pretty well. Normally my son like their Big Mac and nuggets so we visit this location quite often. In this time of pandemic, we try to order from curbside. I always feel pressure at the drive through. Curbside is cool. Food comes pretty quick. Don’t forget to download McDonald’s app and enjoy savings when you use coupons from the app. The only catch is you can only use one coupon at a time and second coupon is available after one hour. So if you are not alone then every app on a phone can use one coupon and you can use another coupon on the second phone and so on.
Make sure to still wear a mask when you are getting food at the curbside and wash your hands once you reach home. Stay safe

Great, but they messed on my order I wanted 2 mc doubles both with extra mustard and pickle but neither of them were correct. 1 came with no onion and the other came with no pickles i was just confused and hungry by the time to go thru the drive thru again. But my coffee was great so I decided to take a pix and share lol

Food is consistent and Staff are super friendly. I usually come here for lunch and order through the mobile app. Area is usually super busy and parking isn't so good. Lost of construction at the moment behind it as well. Besides that, this Mcdonalds is above average.

Quick stop for some coffee or sundaes, automated ordering kiosk system speeds things up. Plenty of parking. Will probably be more difficult to access once the apartments or condos are completed next door.

Consistently good and very clean, this morning the manager was walking around checking on people and offering elderly guests refills on their coffee. Hate to say this but best breakfast place in the pocket?

There's a gourmet chef in the making at this McDonald's, only place that you can taste seasons on the food. My go to when I want a quick eat. They make their sandwiches neatly not like other places where there's always lettuce and tomatoes falling out and ketchup on one corner. Best mcds around

Do not go to this McDonald's, ever! Every time I have come here it is the worst experience. You name it: 30 minute drive thru wait, wrong order, repeat your order 3 times just so the attendant can get it down correctly, or my favorite tonight - they take the order of 4 people in the outside drive thru lane before coming back to the inside lane. Steer clear, you won't regret it. This will be my last visit.

Awesome staff clean restrooms. I stop by here every time I head up north and this is the best experience I've had. Front counter greeted me at the door. Raised all around lol.

So it's 10/30/2016, at 1:45 pm... I go inside to get my meal, standing in line and the cashier decides to take the order of the person behind me, never asking me if I was ready to order, or just wasn't ever acknowledged... It's like I was made of glass, and then when she decided to notice I was there, I had to bring it to her attention that she totally overlooked me as a customer... Since this is the kind of people McDonald's employs, I will just have to tell EVERYONE about the lack of respect for "certain" customers... I'm totally frustrated and disappointed with this site and the people that work in there, from management on down...

I ordered a chocolate chip frap earlier today while at the drive thru. They took forever to give it to us and when I got it, I couldn't drink it. It probably had about 3/4 of the cup filled with whip cream. It was so gross and extremely sweet. I tried to call several times and when I finally got a hold of them and spoke with a lady named Sonia. I tried to tell her that my drink was not made right. She denied that I even called. I told her that I don't need to lie and I could go and show her my call log. Then she made it seem like I was making it up to try and get my money back. She was being extremely rude and very unprofessional. I will not go back to that location. I doubt her name was even Sonia.
