Drove 3 hours for this everytime sadly we dont have one in our town yet. The food was amazing good the chicken always juicy and freshly made to order everything was amazing! It just too crowded but that only means it's good and the seating are kinda narrow but it worth the trip!

The customer service here is always A1. The food taste fresh and the chicken is so juicy. I always get spicy and thoroughly enjoy. Better than any other fast food chicken I have had. I also enjoy their pineapple quench, pies and mash potatoes. I’m not a huge fan of their other menu items so can’t speak well to them but they taste fine. Just not my cup of tea. Will be coming back!

Chicken was delicious, meat are really soft! The mango peach pie was such a good dessert. I personally don’t like the sandwich. The spaghetti was more like a dessert than an entree. When I ordering, I want the original chicken but the cashier told me there’s 20 minutes wait for that, so I ordered the spicy one, but they didn’t told me the spicy one have 15 minutes wait as well lol.. hopefully next time we don’t need to wait for so long and have better experience

My first visit and definitely won't be my last. The chicken was fresh crispy and tasted great. In spite of being busy, the service was fast and the employees were friendly. I tried this place out and was pleasantly surprised. Will definitely be back.

I love jollibee fried chicken. Forget about kfc and popeyes. This place is gonna give you one of the best fried chicken sandwiches you could find in CA, for 5.99$.

Highly impressed that they were able to make a chicken sandwich not dry. Because of the jalapeño, it tasted a bit like a Banh Mi. The chicken itself was pretty good. Everything is still in Togo containers even for eating there.
The area around here is kind of sketchy though. A homeless person on drugs came into the restaurant and yelled for 30 minutes while we ate. Security never came. I don't know if this is a common occurrence, but I'd suggest taking your food for Togo instead of dining in.

If you've never had their chicken .. what are you waiting for? Forget Popeyes. This place is Waaay better. I pretty much just get the chicken so I can't speak on the other menu items. It's the crispy skin and seasoning.. much different from other fast food fried places.

I travel from yuba city to have me some Jollibee fried chicken I got both spicy and mild they both were good ill be driving down again when I have the craven for good fried chicken the rice was delicious as well my husband got chicken tenders and fries and it was also good before I forget all pineapple lovers need to try thier pineapple juice 😋.

I love this place! I'm not Filipino, but being Laotian and Thai, this place hits the spots when I want GOOD fried chicken. If you can handle spicy, go for it! They inject like a hot sauce oil on it.. hear me out though, one day, it'll be mild, and another, it'll be crazy spicy. I like playing roulette with it. The gravy is amazing here. Eat it with the chicken, no matter what! Adobo rice is amazing. Palabok is great, too. Fries is ok if you like unsalted fries. Mash is the usual. The Yumburger is not bad at all either, IF you're a fan of White Castle. The chicken sandwich is cool. The jalapeños is nice on it. Just eat everything with the gravy! Also, the peach mango pie.. probably hands down the best dessert in any fast food joint. If you're here during the summer, order the Halo Halo. It's not on the menu.. get it before it's out. Highly recommend it since you can get a full family meal for 4 for about $25 bucks. When you go to McDonald's, you're looking at about $40+. Give it a try!

Visiting Sacramento area and my daughter was adamant about going to Jollibee since she saw some You Tube person she follows. Plus one of our best family friends is Filipino and suggested we should try it. We did and I will say this. I have never experienced customer service like as we did there. A lot of yes sir and yes ma'am as the girl taking our order replied to my wife and I questions. Very friendly. My girls had the two and three piece chicken with mash potatoes. The chicken was not greasy and if my 12 year tells me it is good, them it has to be since she is such a picky eater.y wife and I both had the deluxe chicken sandwich. Best damn chicken sandwich I have ever had. The chicken was not greasy and it was moist and fresh. Also had the pineapple drink too. That was very good. If you have not been give it a try. Next time in the area or another spot we will be tracking down another Jollibee!!

Thursday, 8/17/2023 - Ordered Jollibee to try. Address is 6021 Mack Rd, Sacramento, CA 95823. It was a to-go order. Fast food service. Just did a drive thru. Customer service is nice. Since I didn't stay to eat and see how service is. Here's my review on the food.
Chicken is juicy and perfectly crunchy. Cooked good. It comes with a gravy like dipping sauce. It's not gravy. It's a little sweeter than the typical gravy. Tastes good with the chicken.
Mash potato is good. My boys said it's better than other fast food restaurants.
Spaghetti is sweeter than normal spaghetti. Not too sweet tho. It's very good.
I'll have to try this place inside next time. If you go here, let us know you're experience. We had no issue and love the food.
