This location had the best McDonaldās meal Iāve had in my life! It was hot, juicy and fresh. Not sure what the young manās name up front was..medium length light brown hair. Glasses, managed the register, cleanliness of front counter, greeted and thanked guests. Itās not often someone wows me but he was quite the gentleman! Thank you for the great meal today :)

The food is delicious, but extremely small portions, that's why I gave them 4 stars. The staff is friendly, fast service. Kudos!

I love this McDonald's, I'm not usually a big McDonald's patron, but I love this location. Atmosphere is very nice and the customer service is excellent. They treat you like a guest. Very clean place and very friendly staff.

I give this place 5 star even though I HATE this McDonald's. Always busy. All types of people are in here. It's probably because the gas station is connected to this McDonald's.
Kendrick helped me out today and he was AWESOME. Him and his team were getting it done as usual. His communication with the customers and his team was great. These workers bust there backside and its just so busy here they seem they are having a hard time keeping up but they are still able to keep a smile on their face with great customer service.

Iām typically the type who would give a one star above deserved kinda review to encourage/motivate businesses to do even better. Iām giving this place a one star because they are at Zero star right now. However, this McDonald branch has to be the worse I have been to in terms of service and respect of their clients needs.
They gave me my home style breakfast with the wrong meat, missing hash browns, missing butter, missing syrup, and missing coffee. My younger brother and I had to go four different times to āliterallyā beg for the items and remind them. I would never come back to this place and I highly recommend for McDonaldās HQ to look into these types of issues.
By the time I got my four items my breakfast was cold :(

I have to say this McDonalds is one of the best in Sacramento. I went through the drive thru yesterday and ordered aprox $40.00 worth of food around 11:45 AM. Not only did they get the order right, but it was piping hot. I ordered 4 different milkshakes and the machine was actually working (unlike a lot of McDonalds in the area). The drive thru was slammed with cars and the employees were smiling and very efficient. Thank you!

Slowest moving people on the planet. Nice smiles. Somewhat friendly, but damn they move too slow for me...definitely the opposite of fast food.

This is based on the mozerella sticks... my niece LOVES mozerella sticks so when it was brought to McDonalds, that's what she wanted... only to find a skimpy strip of cheese, like they cut the cheese in mini strips... she was so disappointed that she even thought there was NO cheese in them... sorry but that was a fail...
