I love using the app to order and so far not one mistake with any of my past orders. Will be a customer more often now because it has worked out so well.
They still have yet to bungle my order, unlike the taco bell on marconi. Sourdough jack is my fav. They had a snoop special munchie box thing for a hot second that came with an air freshener, that was amazing, love the creativity (bring it back pls thanks)
A very clean establishment. The employees seem to genuinely like each other. I like an establishment where the staff are enjoying their time. It made my food come out correctly. Nothing was messed up, and it was fresh.
Nice ladies working there. Food is typical Jack food. Curly fries came out kind of hard though.

I liked the drive thru service. it's efficient and his cashier Thomas is so friendly.
