One of my favorite spots in Sacramento, love Asada súper burrito and street tacos! Great flavor, homemade food, kind service, never had a bad experience in 5 yrs so far. Also affordable prices.

Excellent burrito and a very good value. Was steaming hot. The hot sauce (“hotter one” per staff) had awesome flavor with decent heat that wasn’t overpowering. One of the betters ones I’ve found in the Sac area.
Been swinging by Gordito Burrito since the mid 90s, and this location was the go to before they put one at Sac State. Nearly 30 years later, our family is back to the La Riv location regularly. I have had the chili Verde burrito and the steak breakfast burrito and honestly they stood out. My only complaint is I had to finish the whole thing. They were sooooo good!

We’ve been coming here for over 2 decades, in the early years as a poor Sac State college student looking for affordable food without breaking the bank. The food here is really good and yummy. The staff are always friendly and easy to talk to. Wait time for food is almost always about 10-15 minut

My go to place for breakfast burritos!! I have not yet tried lunch or dinner but they have the most amazing breakfast burritos in the Arden/Sac state area!
Gordito burrito has best salsa anywhere! We drove from Elk Grove to buy just salsa & fresh chips! Owner went out of his way and gave us additional spicier salsa and bag of chips, amazing service!! They also have great breakfast burritos!! We'll be back!
Great staff and great food. They're really nice and accommodating. I've seen them having to deal with craziness, and they did it with grace.
