Ive been to this peets 3000 times. My latest today. I've had literally one of everything on the menu on purpose. Also i dont work for peets or any company they own but i dooooo looooove coffee. I probably spend $4500 annually on coffee alone between peets, Starbucks, and Nespresso vertuo. This peets is hit. Never miss. Abd further more after trying the whole menu i can say without a doubt the best drink by far at any Peet's is the caramel Frappe. You usually dont go to peets for flavor and go for only strength since their weakest coffee is about 14 times stronger than Starbucks strongest coffee. I get free Starbucks rewards all the time I've tried 10 shots of espresso and one Peet's Carmel frappe lasts like 5 hours longer and hits way harder. But it also tastes really good. Dont get anything with oat milk or anything seasonal. The Carmel frappe is the one. Its so good i bought two for me. One fir the morning one for the afternoon. š„

Today I had their new Iced Lavender Vanilla Almond Latte, and it is by far my favorite drink at Peetās. It kind of reminded me of a caramel macchiato with a hint of lavender. And I say a hint because the lavender flavor is not overpowering at all. The vanilla accentuates the lavender flavor enough to give off a delicate essence. Of course, this letās the coffee itself shine, but the true star here is clearly the lavender. In regards of sweetness, itās is not very sweet (6/10), which I was completely fine with. It allowed me to enjoy the lavender better. I would recommend it if you are feeling bold but donāt want to deviate too much from the ānormalā latte. I hope they keep this one on their menu! I think Iāll try their Lavender Cold Brew Oat Latte.
Plenty of space to sit, relax and/or study inside and outside. This location is near/part of Arden Fair Mall, so there is plenty of parking space. Friendly, helpful and prompt staff. It looks busy, but they know how to take care of the line efficiently. Clean and relaxed environment & bathroom.

I'm in Sacramento with my wife for a conference and came to this Peet's for coffee and a breakfast sandwich. What a great spot to chill and enjoy a drink. Thank you Char for the welcoming vibes and also for recommendations, and you actually remembered my name from the day before. The iced vanilla latte, omg so good.

This is our favorite place to drink coffee. We have visited several Peetās locations, but what makes the Peetās at Arden Fair so special is the quality of service. The employees are super friendly. They greet us by name and personalize the experience. They make us feel appreciated, and we appreciate them.

Where do I begin....I LOVE Peets Coffee and this store location specifically is the best. I've been going here for years and the baristas are super friendly, warm, and very knowledgeable when it comes to coffee. It doesn't matter if it is ordering in store or delivery, they go over and beyond to make everything perfect! Just today I ordered through the Peets app and it was easy to use and arrived swiftly. I normally order the coconut black tie but I was feeling festive and ordered the iced holiday spiced latte, and it was very delicious! The spices really bursted into my mouth. I also got jo's peppermint creme cookies and I would describe it as a piece of heaven into my mouth!! Thank you Peets Coffee and their kind, hard-working baristas for doing such a marvelous job!

Like all Peet's, the place is tidy and welcoming. Mobile orders are clearly marked and only a few steps into the store.
The employees seem to be having fun, which I appreciate. I figure they can't be excessively exploited if they're happy. I don't like to shop anywhere where the employees are miserable.
This location does not have a drive-through. (Thus the one-star deduction.)

Peet's is my absolute favorite coffee! I have tried a lot of different coffees and this is by far my favorite. Every time I go to Peet's it has been perfect too! They always get my order right, with the right amount of cream and sugar. I would highly recommend it!

The people were very nice. This location was pretty quick about getting my order out. When I stopped by, it was pretty quiet since it was in the middle of the afternoon. I was at the Cheesecake Factory and decided to get a cup of coffee before heading back home. It's nice because the location is also pretty close to the freeway and other shopping. Will definitely be back when I'm in the area.

Came in for the first time in a few months and couldn't decide what to drink for the life of me, but the barista recommended the Havana Latte and it was absolutely perfect for what my taste buds were craving! I appreciated the kind and helpful customer service and compassionate energy I got from the employees in my time of indecisiveness. :)

Hubby & I been here twice already, enjoyed our black coffee, green tea, iced mocha & hot chocolate w/banana nut bread, florentine cookie and pumpkin loafs. Delicious treats & friendly service! Staff informed this Peet's opened April 2017; tho' at Arden Fair, we're glad location is at market square area away from main mall crowd! Outdoor seating available, too.

Went in at about 9am for a nitro coffee. At this time they were already out. Additionally, there are constantly ONLY 2 employees behind the counter. This location easily needs a minimum of 3. A minimum of 3 to 4 employees will make their jobs easier AND improve the experience for customers.

Coffee is weak and not hot. The sugar cookies were stale-or at least not good. Reminded me of supermarket store bought sugar cookies. The guy was nice and friendly and the store is big with lots of room.
