Great food and good customer service. Just one thing to suggest is to install self-serve terminals because last time I was here there was a line to order meal. This place is great. Quick service. Check out the quick takeout option they have. You can call in the order ahead of time, and then just come pick it up at a shelf in the restaurant. It's the quickest way to do it during the lunch rush.
So I was sitting outside of Panera waiting for my wife. I had two babies in the car sleeping. I didn't want to wake them up but was also getting hungry. I called Panera and asked if I could order a cookie to snack on. Miguel said no problem and was outside in no time with a cookie.
