I ate here in April during a trip to Sacramento. It was crazy busy with a long line when we walked in, but the line moved quickly. Our order was fresh and everything was correct, despite being a really big order. I wish I could have caught the guy's name who was working the cash register- he was a young man with black hair. He was such a hard worker- he deserves a raise for keeping things so efficient while still being friendly.

I’ve been looking for another Kentucky fried chicken place to go to I highly recommend Kentucky fried chicken on Alhambra and capital I was going to the one on Stockton Boulevard I do not recommend that place and I have eaten at that one for over 30 years .. I found me a better Kentucky fried chicken it has A & W inside their chicken was fresh and good week later I had me a Papa burger Have not had me a good hamburger and milkshake for a very long time I give this place a five star

Nine times out of ten, very good! Quick, efficient drive thru. Gets order right! (only 1 neg...why do they ALWAYS over-fill drinks?)

Service was friendly, order completed quick and correct. Trash bin was over flowing and I've had fresher food, but overall I'd come back.

Store numb #e720478 2/21/2018 at 16:34 is the worse place I've never been to... service sucked, food was cold employees were rude,and like to mumble under breath at me, I ordered a Pepsi float gave me root beer no problem but I licked the root beer one and sat it down the lady gave attitude to me about it made a new one and then a gentleman gives the root beer floor away to a kid and I told the guy that I licked it and he laughed like it was funny... I will call Sacramento county health inspectors if I'm not contacted.

15 minutes in line to order no acknowledgement from anyone or sorry about the wait and when I asked if there was another cashier I got a look but no response. The manager was getting orders ready and he didn’t even bother to acknowledge customers. And they had no coleslaw poor customer service especially during lunch time

It was the dirty place I have ever seen in my life and the girls bathroom. Smell so bad I was so dirty that I would not even pee in it. There was working but standing around in stand of cleaning the restaurant.

Worst service ever at a KFC!!! You are out of root beer for floats, out of sides nothing posted on your doors. You don't find out your out of stuff until you finally get to order!
1 person taking orders and checking on items. 1 person fixing orders and the line is 10 or more people and every 3 to 5+ minutes you take a new order.
You should probably get fly traps for the pesky flies landing everywhere!! Reality late back from lunch!!!
