The gentleman was very helpful and friendly. He asked if we wanted to try the samples so that we know what flavor we like. We didn’t even know they have samples. First time I tried Pinkberry was in the Summer 2008 in LA. It was a hot and humid night. I was out w some college friends and I ate a Pinkberry yougurt that I never forgot. Glad they brought it to Sacramento.

This 5 Star review is not for the store itself....its for MONICA!! I don't normally come to this location because of past experiences with containers not being properly closed (contents falling out of the containers and into the bag. Can you imagine, boba and boba juice at the bottom of your bag? This occurred less than a month from today's visit.). Less than friendly associates, and associates with super long nails and no gloves prepping and handling my yogurt.
I stopped by Howe Bout Arden today because I was headed home and I wanted a container of Pinkberry and didn't want to go down to Fair Oaks Boulevard. I'm glad I stopped here today. I met MONICA!! They didn't have the White Peach flavored yogurt that I went in for AND they didn't have the chopped almond topping either. But they had MONICA!!! She was so pleasant, attentive and down to earth. She made the experience absolutely wonderful and I appreciate her greatly! MONICA was the only reason I made a purchase, rather than leaving without purchasing, when I discovered they weren't serving White Peach yogurt. Thank you again MONICA!!!!

High quality froyo, rich in texture & perfect balance of sweet and tartness...even the dairy free flavors taste great! This location generally has good service. Two to three servers during peak times, but there may be a long wait every once in a while.

Great location!! The ice cream is delicious. I tried the pomegranate flavor as well as the mango flavor and both were delicious!! The place is clean and cute. The employees were friendly and kind. Great spot for some frozen yogurt

Lemon 'fro yo' was delish. Staff very friendly, upbeat, and polite. Offered samples and suggested popular combinations. Gave me a 'punch card's and explained how it works, including free something on your birthday and 50%off on half- birthday! Just a bit pricey but a lovely treat!
