In the Tallac village you will find this hidden gem. Bar staff were knowledgeable about their beers and offered one of the tastiest stouts I’ve ever had. The Mole tacos were absolutely delicious. I’m picky with sweet mole sauces, but this one was not sweet at all. Three stouts in I had forgotten to take a picture of it ☺️ There is large outdoor patio seating. Two flatscreens. The decor is contemporary with some natural finishes. Clean place and the bathrooms were also clean and stocked. Overall good vibes and friendly folks in a relaxed atmosphere. Would definitely return!

Went here to try out Atlas Craft Coffee for my wedding and for brunch. Brunch was delicious, I had the smoked salmon sando. Coffee was amazing, we tried the ube latte (with and without espresso) masala chai, golden masala chai and Aztec vanilla latte. They were all delicious, but the ube latte was extras special. Service was great, will definitely be back on a Sunday for brunch and coffee again.

Did not try the beer, but the food was unique and well prepared. Nice staff. Good vibes. Will definitely come back

This place is top notch. I've been going on a regular basis since I moved to the neighborhood 9 months ago and it continues to impress. Beer selection is great and always rotating with something new. Really fun casual atmosphere with lots of cute dogs. What I'm really impressed with though is how well they consistently execute on such a variety of food. Different cuisines with totally different flavor profiles, interesting themed special menus, everything tastes like a specialty item. Service and atmosphere are also excellent. You can tell how much care goes into running this place, its a really solid operation in every aspect.

Best local pub in the area. Brews are cold, food is amazing, staff are friendly and inviting. Dog and kiddo friendly. Daily specials and the biscuits and gravy on Sunday is amazeballs!

Great beer selection and when weather warms up they have an amazing outdoor seating space which is covered, was too windy when we went. Food was slow to arrive but they were pretty slammed with it being their 5th anniversary. They were quick on the beer orders and an awesome selection of local and regional beers on tap. Big fan of The Alaro Bennett and for cider drinkers they have Two Rivers on tap. Overall vibe of this place was great, they had a dj spin vinyl inside and a local band perform outside. Don't know if that was just for their anniversary or if it's a weekly thing. Would definitely go back and try the breakfast donut holes!

Great drink selections, menu is rotating so it's always fresh. Atmosphere is great, employees are fantastic and knowledgeable. Dog and kid friendly. Occasionally do kitchen and tap takeovers with local restaurants and breweries. Definitely worth a stop.

Traveling from Missouri. The staff here was the friendliest I've encounter in California so far. The good was great and the drafts were perfect.

Great selection of beers. Good food as well.

I love this place! It is kind of hidden in the back of the tallac village shopping center. They have a rotating selection of beers on tap, most of which are local. The atmosphere is comfortable and casual , with a range of seating options including patio seating. They are dog and kid friendly, and have a selection of games that you can play. The food is absolutely amazing, and I've never ordered anything that I didn't love! The employees are all super friendly and helpful. Definitely worth checking out, and a truly hidden gem!

Great patio to enjoy a beer and bring the dog! Have come to this sweet neighborhood hangout several times, great vibes, variety of beers, and I always meet cool people

The service at this place really rises above the rest. You are made to feel welcome the minute you walk up to the counter. It’s not unusual to have conversations with the owners. This is an order-at-the-bar place, where food is later delivered to your table. We’ve only had a few of the menu items, but each one has been delicious. The beer menu is focused on Northern California breweries, however there is also a sprinkling of options from throughout the U.S., and oversees as well. The chile relleno panini pictured here is a vegetarian version (vegan sausage on request). The standard version comes with traditional sausage. I was super impressed with the variety of hot sauces available. That’s a passion-spot for me - so hats off for that! I’m looking forward to making this place our go-to favorite when in the Tahoe Park area.

We love spending time at Sac City. The staff is always wonderful and the beer is ever rotating. They have really up'd the vegetarian options which is great. Although I wish they would change up the French fries, they are not the best... Also on weekends they have brunch and by far one of the best breakfast burritos I've ever had! We love this place.

Hella chill place. Excellent beer menu and easy eats.

I haven't been here in awhile mainly because I don't get over that way much. But Saturday my wife and I had a rare spur of the moment kid free evening. We stopped by here and are glad we did. We both got the butternut squash soup and brussel sprouts with roasted veggies. Nothing remained in the bowl or on the plate when we were done. We washed it down with a nice porter. If we weren't so full, we would have split a slice of cheesecake. Well do that next time.

Sunday Brunch is an incredible value. The portion sizes are quite large for a la carte plates. The breakfast burrito and biscuits and gravy are personal favorites. Also bottomless mimosas on Sunday are only about 15 bucks where as a single is about half that. So if you want to hang out with a few friends for more than an hour, it is totally worth it. The seating outside is benches, but since it has gotten colder they have pulled out the propane heaters. I really enjoy this place and can't recommend it enough.

I stumbled across this place a few weeks back, and I'm wondering why nobody told me about it in the three years I've been living in this town! Great beer, great food all served up by great people. Enjoy.

A quality neighborhood gathering spot in Tahoe Park. Sac City Brews has great local drinks to try, and they always have a variety for different tastes (I also appreciate that there is usually a hard seltzer and/or hard kombucha on the menu for people that don't like beer). The food menu has some great staples and the chefs add some great rotating specials. Highlights include Wednesdays (which has reduced prices on select appetizers and beers) and Thursdays (Tot Night - need I say anymore?). Brunch on weekends is great with bottomless mimosas! Also they've managed to keep all their outdoor seating, so there's always a spot for a large group. And they have a ton of games and toys to keep kids entertained. It really can't be beat!

I highly recommend this place! 30 minutes from Woodland, but worth the drive. 16 taps in rotation, knowledgeable beer tenders, and short but terrific menu.

This is just what Tahoe Park needed! Sac City Brews has a great selection of mostly local beer and cider, a delicious looking menu of small bites, wine and a dog-friendly patio. The staff was very kind and helpful. The ambiance is fresh and clean. I’m definitely excited to have this in the neighborhood.

Great beers, great vibe, great place!!!! I've lived in Tahoe Park for 11 years and have always wished for something good to happen at the run-down Tallac Village Shopping Center. SAC CITY BREWS thank you so much for taking a chance on that location!!! We visited last Friday and we were so happy with the beer (some of the best beers I've seen on tap anywhere - I'm a fan of porters and stouts, so thank you for having them!!!), the food, the service, the appearance of this establishment. This is a large space with a great patio and lots of seating - still it was full up on Friday night. So much good to say about this new place. Give them a try - I'm sure you will be impressed!
