Black Bear Diner - Sacramento - Photo album

We explained our son is allergic to milk and soy, and they kept butter and cheese off of my sons food. The server was prompt and polite. The only negative from the visit is a fly kept pestering my family trying to land on our food. Biggest biscuit I’ve ever seen.
Stopped in for lunch after getting taxes done. First time visiting this location. Ordered French Dip w/ff and Hamburger w/ff. Very tasty with plenty of French Fries. Excellent service, thank you, Summer! Breakfast menu looked yummy. Will try next time in the area. (Ask for Summer, awesome service)
We've been to a few locations and so far this is one of the better location. The atmosphere, service, wait time and food, everything was pretty good.
Went in for Breakfast last Sunday and Monday while in town for the State Fair.I got nothing but top notch service, food was prepared quickly and the ice tea was refreshing.
We normally do our holiday breakfast at the one in citrus heights this year we were closer to this one. First I want to give major kudos to our server! She was spot on, friendly and quick to fix any problems - without hovering. The food portions are more than enough to fill the hollowest leg 🦵 and
Crazy busy! Food is worth a little wait; fresh, hot and satisfying! Service is exceptional. Tis the season. Go but just expect everyone else to be there too. Everyone is just as hungry, so try to relax. That fifteen-twenty minute wait only feels like forever. Your food will be exactly as you
Got the Grizzly Breakfast. Lots of food on a big plate. 2 Sausage links, 2 pieces of Bacon, Ham steak, Red Country Potatoes, Fruit, and 2 Butter Milk Pancakes. (Came with 2 Eggs, which I had taken off my order, as I don't eat eggs) Every was great! There was so much food, that I saved the Pancakes
Friendly staff. Seated our very large party fairly quickly. The food was served surprisingly fast. Everyone enjoyed their meals. It hard to find a place that will take over 10 people and be able to hear each other.
Promptly seated and got coffee and water quickly. Ordered Avocado Toast with eggs over medium and fruit which all arrived quickly and perfectly prepared. Server was attentive throughout and food was very good. Well stocked condiments on the table, real dishes and clean pleasant environment make this
I love this place the waitress and all staff are very friendly. They treat you with kindness and make you feel welcomed. There service is excellent they take care of you very consistent on bringing you what you ask for and asking if you need anything else. This is the best restaurant to breakfast,lu
Love the baby burn hot sauce . Had the corn beef hash, hickory smoked bacon , scrambled eggs with cheese and house potatoes crispy. Everything was egg..sellent! Also had the cinnamon roll French toast.
Went for my birthday breakfast on Friday before Christmas. It was busy but service was great and food was delicious! Fun festive atmosphere that I love thank you!
I love the food here! Steak & eggs, club sandwich, skillets, everything! The music was kind of awful. The servers definitely have good and bad days with their attitudes. But overall, it's still a great place.
Our Birthday group was there for my husband's birthday. It was just a small group, since the original people have drifted away! However, we usually ask the waiter to add up each couple's bill, so that we don't have to figure it out ourselves! lol
The place was understaffed but what restaurant isn't now a days besides, Black Bear isn't normally a Friday night hot spot. Our server was super friendly and attentive when she could be. The food took a long time come out, but it was cooked correctly and tasted great.
