We had the Black Garlic Tonkotsu Ramen, Sashimi 12 piece, bbq salmon, and the fried peppers. Ramen was good one of the best so far broth wise , bamboo wasn’t really complementary though. Fried squid the chard taste was a little too strong, had to smother it in sauce to enjoy. sashimi was good. Bbq
Excellent ramen, I had the black garlic tonkatsu. Good size portion, couple slices of meat and a whole egg. Much better prices and serving size than the next closest ramen spot.
This place was awesome! The food was excellent! I'll definitely be going back here they have so many things to chose from and it's all very tasty! Dat is a very friendly guy! They have a lot of vegetarian options and I feel like it’s more a fusion and not authentic Japanese. It’s not a bad thing and some of the dishes are very tasty. The waitresses and staff were very sweet and helpful in accommodating a vegetarian diet! The food was delicious and was well priced.
Really good broth in their ramen! My husband enjoyed his ramen and I ordered the chicken oyakodonburi. I didn’t take a photo of mine because I inhaled it! I’ll be coming back, this is a great find! 💕
March 2023: Came to Sacramento for the March Madness basketball games! Craved some good sushi and this place looked good. Ordered the sake toro, hamachi, hamachi toro, king salmon, saba, and yasai roll. Everything was pretty good. Most of the fish was tasty. Beer selection was very unique. I tried
decent japanese fusion food. HH is more affordable otherwise it’s quite expensive, even for lunch. it adds up bc the portions are small. scallops nigiri were good, clams were our favorite with really good sauce, fried smelt was also good. black garlic tonkotsu ramen was disappointing bc the noodles
