The restaurant is very welcoming as well as the workers. The food is outstandingly great, best Mexican food here in Sacramento, while also playing good music. I will definitely recommend it to anyone who love seafood, traditional Mexican food and a place to bring family and friends together. If I could: 50/10 or 10 stars!! #gomezcal

Mezcal Grill has amazing drinks and food! They have a variety of margarita flavors to choose from that come in two different sizes. The margaritas aren’t too sweet either and don’t taste like they are drowning in sugar. The fruit flavors in the margaritas were very fresh and tasteful. Now on to the food… the menu has a bunch of options! I recommend trying the fajitas or any of the tacos that they have available. They have the option to mix and match tacos as you can buy single tacos. Do not skip out on the guacamole either! Beware though… They have a very good happy hour menu that will keep you there for hours! Lol. The staff are all friendly and super attentive. If the weather isn’t too hot, they have a cute patio area where you can dine.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at this restaurant! The ambiance is absolutely fantastic, and the ingredients used are of high quality. While I may not consider myself a Mexican food connoisseur, there are a few other places that offer slightly tastier dishes. However, none of them can compete with the incredible atmosphere of this establishment. If you're searching for a wonderful environment to relax and enjoy your time, this is the perfect spot. Additionally, they offer both indoor and two outdoor seating areas to choose from.

Tried Chili Releno and veggie enchilada with Mezcal Sauce. They were too good and mezcal sauce is lives to the hype. So came back again and tried chicken burrito with mezcal sauce.
Chips and salsa bar is great as well.very fast service.

Hello Mezcal Grill. My new favorite Mexican restaurant. And goodbye to Taqueria El Ricon.
We walked in and read the menu, then order at counter. Very pleasant atmosphere and greetings from staff.
We ordered Guacamole, the mixed seafood Ceviche, the Enchilada and Taco combination. Our food was served promptly, correctly cooked and with a smile 😃. Very nice outside setting, and the dining room was clean.
And you get stainless steel utensils, not plastic like at El Ricon Taqueria.
We will be back, for some new dishes to try.

I had their mezcal burrito. Absolutely delicious! The green sauce is amazing and so is their mezcal sauce. I got to try it cuz a friend tried it definitely go half miscal half green sauce. Totally a treat. Also a friend got one of their large drinks as you can tell he said it was delicious 🤤 overall great food for a fair price chips and salsa are also unlimited and delicious as well 😁

Been here numerous times and have always got great food , I'm very lucky to live close by because they never disappoint. My kids love eating here , daughter loves the shrimp ceviche, I always ho for the fried tilapia or carne asada plate . They are a little pricey but like I said they have a really nice place , always clean! Restrooms are always super clean , dining outside is nice with the heaters over your table ! You wont regret eating at this place . Thanks for keeping this place top notch 😎.

Great lil place. Weird to get there but we got it. Nice open eating area. Friendly staff. Very cool chips and salsa bar! Food was fabulous. All the ingredients were cooked throughly.

This is a nice little Mexican restaurant in Natomas. I have enjoyed the food and ambience every time I have visited. My friend has tried it for the 1st time, she liked it as well.

It's the work lunch spot of choice. I've had the bean and cheese burrito. I loved it. It was simple with lots of both and much larger than I expected. Shrimp taco plate was spicy and yummy. Carnitas taco plate was just as good. I haven't had a bad sish there. The menu is on the wall as you walk in. There's indoor and outdoor seating. Nice atmosphere. TVs if you like but we were chatting with friends. Serve yourself with drinks, chips and salsa. Great vegan and vegetarian options. I'm neither but friends in my group are and they enjoy the choices.

Went here on a Google search trying to find a Mexican food spot that my girls wouldn't give me s#!+ for and it did not disappoint. It's definitely a hidden gem. The food was delicious. I had a Sope Plate, my wife had the Fajitas and my daughter the Red Enchiladas and we all shared some Guacamole and Chips.....it was damn good. I would've posted a picture but I didn't even think of it at the time. I did take a few shots though. It may sound weird but I always judge a restaurant by it's bathrooms. To me it makes sense that it should be impeccable, if your serving food right. Well done Mezcal Grill. Hope you stay in business a long while.

Delicious food. We have been here twice this week. Tonight, we had the chile verde plate and a chile relleno with chicken enchilada. The beer was nice and cold, and the sangria was refreshing. Love our neighborhood spot.

I didn't get a picture of the food. It's traditional and so flavorful! I had the carnitas. It was moist, full of flavor, and more than plenty! The cocktails are an artful design with delicious flavors! I'm definitely going back!!!

I got the arracheras Steak Skillet plate w/ rice, beans, tortillas, quac, and bell pepper. It was really good. As a Mexican myself I enjoyed it. Nice clean place, with a chill vibe. You can tell it’s family owned and they are proud of their restaurant. As they should be. I appreciate the great food and service. I will be back with my family.

What a hidden gem. We just found this place by curiosity and we were craving Mexican Food. My husband and I are foodies all the way (and I being the Mexican Chef) I seriously give this place a 5 star. We had the fajitas, carnitas plate with a Michelada that was tasty! Everyone was nice and lovely. The ambience was very soothing! Highly recommend.

OMG! I love this place, the Carne Asada Tacos are the Bomb! I love the Camarones a La Diabla and the ones that come in the Molcajete. The Burritos are amazing as well!!Totally Recommend this place!!!

We heard about this place from a driver. Not finding a really good spot, we went to celebrate us being in Sacramento a year. My freind and i are blind and my fiance is on crutches. The person we ordered from was very helpful in describing the items posted on the wall menu. We found a seat and not only were served at our table but treated like royalty while there. The food was totally awesome. Everything is hand made. The meat is tasty, the tortillas are fresh and they have great coffee. This place is definitely on a return often status.

The staff is friendly and interactive when asking about their many dishes, and even, twists on their standard fare. The pozole on the weekends is great, especially when combined with their $12 pitcher of mimosas!
