My mother and I went to Chevy’s on the River today and we had a very pleasant experience. The staff members were very nice and professional.
Our waiter name was Michelle, and she definitely knows how to make the customer feel comfortable. She took time to explain the various choices and made excellent recommendations!
My mother had to step away to take a phone call, as the food was served. Michelle, noticed she was on the phone for a while, so she placed her food under a warmer, to assure the food was not cold, by the time she ended her call.
The drinks and food were delicious and the wait time wasn’t long at all. Both of us were completely satisfied with the food, drinks, and more importantly, the service.
The manager, Cecilia, also provided great customer service. She observes not only the staff service, but also the customers, being quick to clarify any questions at the time.
The overall experience was top notch, plus this location is on the River, adding a nice touch and view!
We love this Chevy's on the River. It's pretty cool to eat here and have a nice view of the water. Unfortunately, I wasn't feeling well when I went but, everything was still great. It's one of the places my close friend & I frequent for Taco Tuesday when we don't do our movie Tuesday. I got a Margarita Flight, Crab & Shrimp Enchiladas, Fuego Fries& Queso Dip with Chips. I definitely should have taken it easy and chose a different entree. I was already experiencing light cold symptoms but, though the liquor would make me feel better. Boy, was I wrong... By the end of dinner I was sweating profusely, having abdominal cramps, would have gone to the restroom but, didn't think I'd make it way upstairs let alone unable to stand up for feeling weak, hot, and , nauseous. Again it was me & not the restaurant. We were seated in an elevated booth where our feet were dangling as we sat at the table to dine. I still had a nice time and my dinner, drinks, and service were all great. I just shouldn't have been out because I didn't feel well to begin with. We will definitely be back for a redo!!!
Unlimited warm tortilla chips. Salad was delicious. Excellent service. Got a B-day special, hat and ice cream.
A group of us goes to Chevys on the river about once a month and always sit in Antonio's section. He's super friendly, attentive, and overall the best server. We always enjoy our outings and especially enjoy interacting with Antonio:-)
Fun spot. Lots of outdoor seating. Happy hour from 3 to 7! The street tacos were really yummy. So was my watermelon cocktail.
5 stars for our server Nevaeh!! She was extremely attentive, polite and even had a sense of humor while she was really busy.
The food was good. Parking is limited.
The view is beautiful. I had the spiked lemonade strawberry flavor…yummy! I’m vegetarian, so I had deep fried mashed potato in a habanero sauce and loaded tater tots (no bacon).my server Greg was amazing. I would return because of the good vibes. The manager stopped by, she was personable and welcoming. Great staff!!
We went to Chevy's on the River to celebrate my son's birthday. The staff were welcoming and made him feel very special. Sarah was our waitress and she was very attentive and made sure our meal was perfect. Dawn, the manager, was friendly and made sure our visit was pleasant. We highly recommend Chevy's on the River in Sacramento, Ca.
My daughter and I went to Chevy’s on the river today and received excellent customer service from both Michelle and Cecilia!! Both ladies were very kind, respectful and friendly!! The services were over and beyond my expectations by far; equally important, the food was delicious!!! Recommend going to this location to enjoy the same experience!
Michelle went above and beyond to give you the best service ever. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure all your needs were met. A true superstar! 🌟👏
