Hip outdoor atmosphere. The food was good. You have to try the pretzel. They also have plenty of beers on tap (I recommend trying the Starburst) to enjoy an evening with friends. No indoor seating but there are plenty of heaters so dress warm.

Great German beer selection. Loved being able to have so many in drank while in Germany. Food is delicious and the German mustard is authentic. Will definitely to go back when I visit Sacramento

Very relaxed atmosphere with quick service in regards to both drinks and food. There is a wide variety of drinks to choose from and many classic dishes to order at the window such as pretzels and schnitzel and some dessert options, as well. The seating is open and is a very nice area to sit in the afternoon and watch the cars go by or chat with a friend. Staff is always very nice and attentive, too!

Always a good time here. Love the environment and they have a great range of beer selections if you’re a fan of German beer. (IPA lovers may not find so much they like, but y’all have a ton of other places you can go).

Very happy with our visit here this weekend. Had a quick lunch Saturday with our two Australian Shepherds and the food and beer was were delicious. Patio is nicely designed for comfort and entertainment. Would recommend this location to anyone!

Oktoberfest season is upon us and the weather couldn't be nicer to meet with friends at Biergarten. One of the best open air patios in town. Always good beer choices and the food is great. One of the dog-friendliest spots in Sacramento.

A nice little gem on a corner in Sacramento. Their pomegranate cider is my favorite since I am not a beer drinker. Their food is really delicious and very close to tasting authentic! I highly recommend stopping by even just for a drink!

Perfect for a drink in the fall or spring. Haven't yet dared the summer heat. Good garlic fries, roast beef sandwiches, and sausages. Great selection of beers in 16 or 32 ounces.

Atmosphere was ok. Service was very good. Dirt floor, shade covered open air dining. Wish I could have been warned that it is dog friendly. Food taste like you would find at a bar. For older folks I don't think I would recommend it. For the younger crowd, go and have a great time.

Nice atmosphere. Great for a hot afternoon. If you are missing Germany or German food and Beer, give it a shot. Its very close to authentic, depending on the region of Germany you are from. Mom and I are from a different region as the owners of this place, so the food was ok, but not the same as we would be used to. The food portions need improvement compared to their prices.

The place has gotten much pricier, but they still got the best beer variety around! Also, their food menu is really good, and they can make every hot dog on the menu plant-based, major props on that.

We loved this place. Went on a Saturday night, was hard to find seats in the long tables shared outside, but was worth it. The food is simple, but authentic, without the American "sweet" style (e.g. great sausages), lots of draft beers. Kids friendly with games as bean gag toss or table tennis (although the slope is insane). Service was super friendly and efficient.

Cool place with a great selection of beers and food. The pretzel was delicious - I liked the. cheese that came with it and my buddy liked the spicy mustard. I got a hotdog too - bacon wrapped with cream cheese and peanut butter. Believe it or not, it was delicious. I’d get it again. Def check this place out if you’re in the area.
Parking was a little difficult to find as it’s only street, but it’s worth the wait.

This outdoor beer garden is so authentic, it makes you feel like you are having a beer in Germany. I recommend the pretzel for an appetizer and the Schnitzel with garlic fries for your entree! The belgium waffle sandwhich bread that they use for their Belgie's (sandwiches) make for an awesome meal and treat too! Specifically the Birdie Belgie is delicious with the turkey bacon avocado and special garlic sauce. The portions are just right so you have plenty of room to fill up on the beers on taps. Try the Starburst this summer for a refreshingly fruity beer! I can't wait to come back for Oktoberfest.~Cheers~

I had a starburst and was very refreshing on the hot day.
We started with a beef Belgie, and it was superb. The waffle was great and reminded me of our traditional recipe from my childhood, with great meat and secret sauce. The german potato salad matched with just the right amount of kick. Trying more soon! Will be back!!!
Excited for the rotating belgie options, southern belgie today was tempting.
Also, we brought our dog with and it was super easy, nice outdoor space with a cover.

Love the beer selection and the wood fired pizza oven. Went most recently when they were hosting a Hamilton Sing a Long. I think it’s a great place for events, although I can’t wait for the ivy on the west-facing fence so it can block the evening sun.

Maybe I'm too old for it - it was loud, the pizza I ordered was soggy and pretty bland, and since it's wood-fired, the crust was burned. They offered a wine list but had not a single cabernet. The bocce ball court was overrun with little kids who weren't really playing, either.

This is a *FANTASTIC* addition to Midtown's ever-growing dining and low-key nightlife scene. Been here twice now. Due to the excellent vibes, laid-back but lively atmosphere, tasty food offerings and beer selection, this is probably my favorite spot to grab a drink and some grub between the Bay Area and Reno. Warning: If you try the ice cream sando, your taste buds will be forever ruined (and I mean that in a good way).

Tonight they messed up my order and the people next to us and the people we brought to enjoy this fabulous pizza had to wait over an hour before we brought it to the attention of the staff they didn't even have a ticket for our pizza, so dissapointed in my favorite pizza joint....you really dropped the ball....I'm sure this was an isolated incident that will be resolved. This one bad experience still is not enough from stopping me from going back
