Review Shoki Ramen House - Sacramento

I'm glad to hear you've been enjoying your culinary experiences at the ramen restaurant! The diverse range of toppings available might make the cost rise quickly, but the flavorful soy-based ramen and Shio options seem to make it worthwhile. The lively and bustling atmosphere adds to the overall dining experience, creating a perfect environment to unwind with a glass of sake alongside your delicious ramen bowl.

Pretty Good Ramen, you do have to wait a while to get your food.

The food was good for what we ordered, the menu is not as extensive as it used to be, but has fairly good variety. The TanTan tastes a little different than what I remember, but all the highlights were there. Hopefully the chashu salad comes back from last time.

This place never ceases to amaze our stomachs! Whenever we crave ramen (which is all the time), whether it is summer or winter, this is our go to location. We love how there are vegan/vegetarian options as well. The location is small but very cozy with an outdoor patio available.

I think this place is really hyped up. It definitely drew me to want to come in because of the fact that they make their broth from scratch sans MSG & preservatives! Unfortunately the ramen did not blow our minds with amazing-ness. My bf and I admitted that we've definitely had better. My spicy tonkotsu didn't have a ton of flavor, it was a tad on the bland/mild tasting side. I would rate this place a 3 star, but the customer service is amazing and I added an extra star just for that. I don't think we will be returning here, but we did enjoy the overall experience here.

A great bowl of Udon. I have had the ramen prior to this visit. The aged tofu was wonderful as was the fried chicken ramen. A nice part of town, prepare for at least a 5 to 10 minute wait (more than likely longer) before being seated.

The super spicy tan tan men with extra chasu pork is the way to go! This place has the best ramen ever! If you like root beer try the local River City root beer.. it might just take you back in time. Great service and a spot that my family and I keep going back to.

Ridiculously goooood ramen!!! We ordered the Godzilla shoyu and Kuro garlic shoyu with chicken. Also had the spicy edamame that was also really good! Thank you so much Shioki's!!!

Exceptional Ramen. My favorite place in Sacramento and their are many good ones. This little building throws down some of the best I have ever tasted. Very private and low key.

Great service, decent ramen. The tsukemen doesn't have thick porky soup, it's more clear and salty. The yam noodles are like zero calorie jelly, so I'd get the normal noodles next time 😊

Shoki Ramen never disappoints. They have options for non meat eaters like us. Portions are good. Staff are always helpful with any questions Guests might have and always make sure you are okay. The beer choices are more now as well. The place is small so expect a wait, it is well worth your time.

A totally unique ramen experience. Incredible little family shop with top of the line ingredients and flavors to match.

Ramen is yummy!! Price is around $10 each and the appetizer is the best! The only thing they need to improve is just the egg. Japanesse ramen egg should not be well done like regular boiled egg. The yolk has to be moist and melted in mouth. Hope they could figur out how to make it since it is the key to perfection.
