My partner and I love Noble Vegetarian. Vegetarian means the food should not even include eggs, and that’s how the dishes at this place are made. Its unique using tofu, soy protein and lots of vegetables including vegeken, jimaca, etc. It’s our usual go-to food. Never say no to Noble.

This place was very surprising. I try a lot of different vegetarian places, and none have come close to Noble. I eat a lot of meat and have always had my experience at veg places be meh.
But this Spicy Cha Cha, had amazing texture, flavor and spice. How they even got the yam to be that meaty textur
