The Waterboy - Sacramento - Photo album

This place has been around since 1996, it’s farm to fork restaurant. Very nice place with fresh food and good service. They have big selection of cocktails and delicious food. Their menu changes constantly according to the season. Give it a try you’ll like it.
Another great meal with friends! This place has great cocktails and food is good. My only problem was the Caesar salad, it has more yellow leafs that green. But other then that is always good.
My wife took me here for my birthday dinner. Zang (sp?) was an amazing server and made the evening special! This restaurant is small but quaint. They have outside seating with misters. We had the oysters, scallops, steak, and profiteroles. The champagne we had and the old fashioneds were amazeballs
Had a good time here. The food was great, really enjoyed the antipasto. Drinks were strong. Our server was kind and informative, as was a guy who came by with water (I had a hard time choosing between duck and steak. He recommended the duck even though duck isn't his thing and it was delicious!) Onl
Wow I don't know where to start with this... a tantric trip to taste budlandia where I went deaf for a brief instant while my brain shifts all focusing powers to the magic in my mouth. What a treat waterboy is. We came in on a Friday night and the joint was packed to the gills and for good reaso
Sarah and I walk past the Waterboy several times a week. We’ve been here separately and wanted to give it a go…. wow just wow. I had the Halibut and Sarah the chicken and dumplings. We had the deviled eggs to start… Each dish was so delicately prepared, subtle flavors and nuanced aromas… wonderful.
All the dishes we tried were top quality. The tartar was on-point with a greatly executed aioli. Beet salad was something out of this world with flavor profiles only tasted here. Risotto was filled with umami and floral notes you get from saffron. Even the simple spaghetti took me back to Roma.
This place is so wonderful. Food is great. Limited menu but still various options to choose from. Lots of drinks. They have seasonal menu items. The interior design is beautiful. The ambience and staff are my favorite things about this restaurant. For these two reasons I have been here multiple time
It was my Birthday! Wow. They made everything so nice
I went with a large party for a friend's birthday. Two thirds of the group had never been, and they left silent with satisfaction. Those of us who had been before got a solid reminder of why we wanted to go in the first place. The service was so attentive that I felt I didn't deserve it. We all tipp
This is a favorite place for celebrations, and they never disappoint. I had the veal sweet breads as a starter - delicious. The chicken and dumplings were likewise excellent and a fresh take on this traditional dish. Server was very knowledgeable and appropriately humorous and interactive, not intr
Pink lady cider, Corti Bros Sherry Cask Special 7yr Whiskey, Duck Breast, Pork Belly. We went because a lot of staff took vacation this week and they closed for lunch instead of taxing their staff to cover. I respected it so much that I made sure that I came out for my son’s very first special dinne
Always known of The Waterboy, but never been. So glad I went because wonderful restaurants like this are disappearing. My wife and I had to order 3 entrees because we HAD to! So happy we did because each dish was amazing. Our service honestly was just as good if not better than the food. And that's
Our first time here. Great service and food. Our server Rosa was amazing, she was so warm and friendly, made great food recommendations, and provided exceptional service. The salads were very fresh and delicate. The special bruschetta with blue cheese and pears was very nice, the steak was perfectl
I wanted to try somewhere new with my wife and I love when restaurants focus on farm-fresh ingredients. Well, this place did not disappoint! The vibe was awesome, making it a perfect spot for a great date night. The food was delicious and the service was top-notch!
This is one of the more upscale dining options in Sacramento, not my typical fare but after hearing great reviews I had to try it for an anniversary dinner. Service was fantastic! We were taken care of very well, and were even provided Prosecco for celebrating here. The focaccia bread was delicious!
