Simple and elegant. The best prosciutto ever, along with so many other choices. The flatbreads are amazing, and if you see pork belly on the specials, make sure you try it. If you don't know, now you know.

Highly recommend this place for a great place to mingle, meet and laugh with your party. The food is great with a a variety of flavors and spice. The service was supreme and Pete was a delightful host.

Weāre only in the area once or twice a year, but this has been on the list for a while. Weāre so glad we went!!! We went within a half hour of opening because we were on a time constraint and we heard so many great things that we wanted to take our time. Unfortunately the menu was down (online only) for the first 30 min but the knowledgeable staff quickly helped us find exactly what we wanted to drink (a top shelf whiskey and a glass of red wine). The menu issue was resolved in short order and we order foodā bar olives, meatballs, baked Brie, vegetable flat bread and the steak. The bar olives were yummy! The meatballs were perfect- moist but meaty in a fresh, no frills tomato sauce. Exactly what you want to highlight the meat ball. The baked Brie was perfect but then thatās my favorite cheese, soooo no complaintsā¦ I didnāt get a taste of the flat bread so you know it must be good and the steak was so delicious I almost didnāt share despite all my promises to and my stomach was so full from all the other food! We will definitely be returning when weāre back in the area! Thank you, Brix Bistro!!!
The quality of the food, presentation, and ambience were all immaculate. Having Mead on the menu was a rare and pleasant surprise. Weāll be back anytime we visit the area.
I think this is my first time rating a restaurant, but my experience was so great I had to! The food was amazing, my drink was made perfectly, and the staff was so friendly to my french bulldog with their outdoor seating.
Brix is my personal favorite restaurant in Rutland. The wines are superb and all of the food and other offerings are high-quality.
Amazing customer service and atmosphere. The food & drinks were amazing! Plus the prices were fair. Our server was running the entire bar and every table, and was fantastic. I love this place! We had a great time. šāŗļø
We LOVE Brix! This quaint restaurant and wine bar is like no other in Rutland. It has a very urban feel. My husband and I love to sit at the bar and chat with Peter. That being said I often enjoy the high top tables when I am in a group. There is no bad seat in the restaurant and there is fun outdoor seating as well. The food is terrific and just the right amount per serving and the right price. The chef always has fun special options too. Peter is the manager and he is the PERFECT man for the job. He knows his wines with passion and he always knows what I will love. His taste in music is spectacular as well. I also highly recommend that while you are there, you ask him for a joke!
We came here last year and it was delicious so we came back again while visiting Vermont. Everything we got was delicious and flavorful. Every dish had its own set of flavors and each was tasty. The grain salad with chicken, the sliders, the baked brie, meatballs, and the Flatbread! Even the root beer and the hard tea were great.
