Olympic Pizza

While this wasn't the worst ever pizza it certainly wasn't anything I would go back for. So salty my tongue hurt until the next day. And after reading these responses from the owner I would never go back. Not an ounce of humility, not ounce of looking inward just everyone else's problem. As someone who has run a business for 25 years I have learned not every customer is wrong or at fault. Sometimes it's you not them all these poor reviews can't be wrong.

I absolutely love Olympic Pizza, they are always amazing. With that said however, I just want to say I’m so disappointed with the fries. They changed them, they used to be the best fries in the city, I’m sad over this change. I hope it’s just a case where they ran out of their regular ones, and these new ones are temporary.

This is a horrible business. I just tried to place an order for a delivery. I order a hamburg, one bottle water n a cookie. It came to a total of 14.25 . They would not deliver because it wasn’t 15.00.they told me if I gave the .75 they would deliver. I stated no I will not give them the .75 as I have to work for my many. I told them they lost customer. Also I can only eat so much. I am 73 yrs. old n I think this is horrible. Also I don’t live very far from them.

Called in an order last night at 6:10 - proceeded to place a large order at the very end I was hung up on. Waited no call back - they took my name and phone number at the beginning of the order. I then called back over 20 times busy tone everytime no call back. So I drove the 20 minutes to pick up the food only to find out they didn't save any of my order. Manager couldn't even say sorry instead had a list of restaurants I could go to instead. I'm from out of state I chose this restaurant based on my families wants and I don't know the area!! They took my order I payed full price mind you and then was told I would have to wait over an hour!! So I did - I sat down and waited the hour+ going on 2 hours since original phone call where I spoke to someone. Manager couldn't even bring me over my food or say thank you for waiting or your welcome when I thanked her for my food. Absolutely disgusting behavior for anyone in a customer service industry!! Now we get home to a grease soaked nasty pizza. The sauce and cheese were one thick layer on the pizza almost inedible. Steak and cheese sub was some weird light tan color. Not tasting like steak or roast beef or chicken. More like dried cat food - absolutely disgusting and truly inedible as I'm not going to sit and eat mystery eat. Needless to say I will not be returning to this establishment - nor would I recommend the food OR service to anyone!!

Another fake pizza in Vermont!!! Pure grease !! Cheddar cheese in a pizza ...in what world..cooked in a pan on a conveyor just like domino not an oven in sight .soooo much oil they have to double up on the cardboard under it to soak it all up and still seeps though that and the box itself within 5 min drive...and t hats just the bottom of the pizza the top of the pie has double the amount of grease...over oiled pan on the bottom and super cheap cheese on top...congrats. R E:...To whomever had the audacity to respond calling me ignorant ...correct I'm not in NY anymore but good cuisine has no boundries... I have thrived for 25 years making pizza though I was not the best in town I more than held my own with my competitors...your ignorance about pizza is astonishing..Greek or not there is never Cheddar cheese on a pizza you have survived for 20 years with no competition and patrons that don't know any better.... your (dare I call restaurant ) is made of conveyor belts and deep fryers equivalent to every other fast food pizzeria ...my Greek friends asked me to thank you immensely for that laugh calling it Greek pizza...furthermore in no way was I trying to be a warrior EVERYTHING I STATED IN MY REVIEW WAS 100 PERCENT FACTUAL NO MY OPINION....it is my duty as a fellow restaurant owner to save people from eating garbage as well as a massive coronary from the grease you serve them.
