Very good service. A little bit slower getting our meals - than what I'd expect from a Chick fil A (at non-peak hours)...I think we caught them at shift change. Clean bathrooms. Very nice, respectful staff. Will use again when rolling through Ruston, LA.
We go here very often and the service is always excellent. The food is also great!! They messed up an order one time out of the hundred times I’ve been and were quick to fix it and not even question whether we correct or not.
Staff was super friendly. Bathroom was very clean and did not smell. I really appreciate that the automatic sinks put out warm/hot water for you to wash your hands in. Also love that they have the automatic door trash bins so you dont have to touch or push in the flap to through your garbage away.
I really don't care for their chicken. But my husband keeps wanting to go back and try something different. So we go for his taste buds' sake.

Always friendly and quick staff, but the food never seems as fresh or accurate as other chick fil a franchises. Still better than most fast food places in Ruston, but the company sets a high standard, so I would expect fresher food.
Hands down the best place to eat. its hard to find any other restraunt that hold a candle next to chick-fil-a. Foods better, service is better, its healthier, it more fresh and the list goes on. 2 thumbs up
WORST experience EVER!!! Sat in line 35 mins... I kid you not! Unable to get out cars in front, beside and behind me.. IDK what they had going on this day but I was past mad! Went there thinking chick fil a never takes long! Then the food wasn't even fresh to help you understand the reasoning behin
