La Bamba Mexican Restaurant

My grandmother loved the fajita chicken salad with the pink dressing and I picked it up for her twice a week, sometimes three times, but because of the way the manager “Brianna” spoke to me, and after the fact that she hung up in my face numerous times, we will no longer be ordering here. We just wanted you to include the dressing with our salad. We paid for it. We place our orders each week and even call ahead to remind the staff to include the salad dressing and they STILL don’t include it. Time after time. Chance after chance. Have you ate a salad without a dressing? It sucks. Thank you “Brianna” for being extremely rude, hanging up in my face numerous times and ruining the one good thing my grandmother enjoyed. We will not be back. Also, while I’m here, two grown adults place an order to-go and get a half bag of crushed chips....a half bag. Sorry if I seem unreasonable, I just would like for “Brianna” to understand that I’ve spent a lot of money with this establishment and I’ve been very supportive of local restaurants during this time with changes due to Covid but enough is enough. In the future if there is a problem with an order, I suggest that the proper thing to do would be to apologize and suggest a fix, not hang up in the customers face. Good day. UPDATE: 9/23/20 We decided to give the restaurant another chance today after the owner’s generous response and even paid for the salad and guess what???? THEY DID IT AGAIN!!!!!! NO dressing. And the usual half bag of crushed chips... There’s only so many chances. We both wanted to support you guys right now with what’s going on, and continue to be loyal weekly customers, but enough is enough.
