Pizza Hut

We placed our order for a cheese pizza add pineapple and the 8 bread sticks at 3:52 pm. When I placed the order my apt number did not save, I immediately called at 3:54pm after placing the order and let them know the apt number. I received a text saying my order was on the way at 4:08pm at 4:27pm I called the store back to see where the driver was because at this point it had been 20mins and the store is exactly 8 mins away from my house. At 4:32pm I received a call from the driver saying he never got my apt number, the manager said he wrote it down but never told the driver. The driver then told me he was A COUPLE of minutes away. My pizza did NOT arrive until 5pm. My pizza had no cheese on it, not even a handful, it was hard as a rock and cold and my bread sticks were cold as well. I tipped the driver online when I paid. But there was no reason that my pizza should have taken an hour to get to me when " I was the only delivery on route." I'm VERY DISSATISFIED with my service and food. I don't like Papa John's it makes me sick, but I will NEVER waste my money ever again at this location. The entire thing is unacceptable and if I had pictures of the pizza I would have posted them. Don't waste your time go pick it up yourself you will be waiting all day/night for your food even if you're in walking distance. Honestly, probably recommend a new pizza place because they're 100% not worth it. And I've never left a review this long or bad before just shocked.

If i could give this a zero star, I absolutely would. If you want to know the definition of bad customer service and bad management, this is the place. The manager has a very nasty attitude every time I go in there to get food. The place is so gross. The place also looks like a rehab center. The employees are always wearing pajamas and some flip flops, pretty much looks like the rolled out of bed, put a shirt on and some slides.. Today, I was not greeted with a “hello how are you” or anything like that by the manager, just a cocky look and said “excuse me” very rudely when I told him what I needed. He also threw a lot of stuff before handing me my order. When I was walking out, the manager mumbled something underneath his breath. I felt totally disrespected today.. I will not be ordering anything from this place as long as this management is still around. I give them a chance every single time but this time is enough. I will go to subway, papa johns, dominos, or even Casey’s before I ever go to this place again..

I placed a delivery order at 8:05 pm and at 10:38 PM I still hadn't received my order so I called the store, where I was forwarded to someone who wasnt at my local store who tried 5 times to connect me to the local store, everytime it would connect I could hear someone hang up on me. We had family at the house and a $115.00 order was never received and I never got to talk to anyone from the local store. By the time we figured out our Pizza wasn't coming everywhere else was closed. I will never order from Pizza Hut again!!!!!!
