Waffle House

So, first let me say the food was pretty good. Standard Waffle House fare. The service was AWFUL. I have been a server, so if I don't leave a tip, you know it was bad. Sat down to a dirty table, when our waitress finally acknowledged us, we had to ask her to wipe the table off since she nearly set our silverware on the dirty table. Then, she gave us silver ware and menus, but didn't take our drink orders, and walked off for a good 10 minutes while she chatted with another worker. When she finally came back, she took our drink and food orders, then brought our food out BEFORE our drinks, and brought it out haphazardly, with long periods of time between pieces of our meal. We had to remind her to bring our drinks after we all had our food. We had to ask her to bring syrup for the kids waffles, then we went the entire meal with no drink refills while she talked to another worker. Finally had to ask for refills, which we didn't get until we were finished eating.

This is the worst place I've ever been to. 3rd assistant manager her name is Courtney is the worst manager. I ordered 2 egg breakfast with over medium eggs and she gave me scrambled when I asked the server about it she took it to courtney and she flat out told me that wasn't gonna fix it and preceded to go outside when I left I ask her why she couldn't fix it and she shrugged are shoulders and she because she didn't want to! DO NOT RECOMMEND 🤬🤬🤬
