Wind Taste

I am about as harsh as they come in reviews but this place rocks and has for years. People complaining about the owners....... I live right next door to them for about 3 months or so and they are great people. People complaining about time should slide across the street to any of the chum buckets from KFC to taco bell. Takes awhile to get food because it's good and pricing is definitely fair. 10 STARS.

Delicious Chinese food! They have a wide variety of different dishes to choose from. The Orange Chicken, egg drop soup and egg rolls are good. The only complaint I have about here is that it takes awhile to get your food; whether you order over the phone or dine in be prepared to wait awhile. They also don’t take your name or number when you call and order in, when you get there you just have to tell them what you ordered.

Hands down the worst Chinese food I’ve ever eaten, fried rice tasted like planting soil, general Tao’s chicken tasted more like a dry fish stick than anything else, sweet tea tasted like toilet water with a hint of lemon, my sister ordered beef and broccoli and might as well of ordered broccoli and beef shavings and it tasted horrid, my dad ordered Mongolian beef and was served a large selection of uncooked onions with 5 little slices of meat to which he couldn’t even eat because he found it to be so foul, not a single one of us was able to finish our meal and will never be returning to this establishment unless staff and cooks have all been fired and replaced

Kind of run of the mill Asian food. It's super close to campus, which is a plus, and it's pretty cheap. The dining room is small and open to the kitchen. However, for a small family-run establishment, I wouldn't trade it for a chain any day. Wind taste is one of those ATU classics that make it unique and fun.

The Wind Taste folks need to work on their time management skills. We called in our order 30 minutes before and yes there were two cars ahead of but it still took 20 minutes. Besides that the meal we ordered was fresh and hot I think the price has gone up some since the last time I was there but I guess that is to be expected.
