Cracker Barrel

We got here close to closing time but waitress still did a great job and the food was delicious! The sweet tea was delicious, the biscuits were divine and my crispy chicken salad tasted so fresh! They didn't rush us nor make us feel like we had to leave already. The Cracker Barrel shops always have cute things to choose from! We were in AR vacationing and scared to try other places as locals had already given us their opinion about certain restaurants. Couldn't go wrong with Cracker Barrel;)

My boyfriend and I stopped here on our way home. Our waitress, Victoria was super sweet and polite!! And very attentive! The food was amazing!! We ordered French toast and fried chicken with a side of hash brown casserole. And had a fudge hot chocolate! Weird combo I know but it was amazing! And I would gladly order all of the above again! It was that good!

This Cracker barrel is an experiment location where they try new recipes. Some of your favorites are not on their menu (case in point: on this trip the double meat breakfast was not available or on the menu). Not a big big deal, but a little disappointment. Still, the service was good, food was good, typical selections in the retail shopping side of the house.

The last 6 to 10 visits we’ve had here has not been very pleasant, it’s always something, primarily takeout orders they always leave something out if you don’t check you own order ( because they won’t ) even though I’ve called numerous times. The last time we called in take out they gave me the wrong order entirely! It’s all very aggravating to say the least!

I am visiting from out of town. This is the dirtiest place I have been to since arriving in Arkansas. My server was good but they have the servers spread way to thin is not there fault. The floor was slippery it felt greasy( mop your floor please). I ordered biscuits and gravy. With eggs over easy. I got hard eggs. The gravy sucked. My wife ordered thick cut bacon it was gross.( I could see through it). not thick cut. It tastes like garbage. Don't waste your time with this poor quality food. This place just sucks. Sorry for the bad review but I don't want anyone else wasting there hard earned money at this dumpster they call a restaurant.

I honestly don't even know where to start... We were a party of 5 sat at a table for 4. Right in the doorway, I had plenty of rear ends right there at the back of my head. Our waitress, Jennifer, was HORRIBLE. She pushed things around on our table with her tray to make room for it so she could sit it ON our table. We waited for about 30 minutes for drink refills, and was only because we had to ask someone else to get us refills. She wouldn't clear anything off of our table, we had to ask and she was very upset that we even asked. When she came out with food the first time, wasn't even our order. None of it was. We sat for another 45 minutes for food. Ah and then it finally came. With 3 kids they were super happy the food was finally here. We waited for nothing. The food was cold and bland. My youngest ordered breakfast and his bacon was so hard it was painful to eat. Next kid, the Mac n cheese was mush. The noodles were just mush way, WAY overcooked. Oldest kid, (reason we were there. Her bday), got the chicken and dumplings. It was cold and mush, then to top it off, there was PLASTIC in the mashed potatoes. PLASTIC! We let the waitress know and she said "oh" and took a small piece of the plastic to the manager. 10 minutes or so later the manager, Debbie, comes over. Said "well it just happens sometimes with the way we wrap the food" she had zero cares about what had happened. Told us she took it off the ticket and seemed like we were the inconvenience. At this point our food was inedible. There wasn't anything other than the fried apples and the prepackaged applesauce that could be eaten. We decided to cut or losses and just pay and leave. But that would have been too easy. The gentleman working the register was having issues with our ticket. It wasn't ringing up right at all. Would only bring up the chicken and dumplings, ya know the one that dear Debbie took off for us. So he calls for a manager, he was patient and rang up the other items we had got in the store. We waited.... he called for a manager again. Here comes Debbie, she was rude to him. Acted like he was the problem, and physically grabbed the tickets from him. Which, she kept getting the wrong one. Of course it was Tyler's fault, the kid at the register. This was almost 30 minutes since we had been standing at the register just wanting to pay so we could go. Nope, Debbie again, she redid the WHOLE ticket while us and everyone else waited. Tyler was the only person in there that we came across that was decent. We will absolutely NEVER EVER, step foot at this location ever again. This was a horrible experience from the very start, and was beyond disappointing for our kids bday dinner. Edit-my husband ordered the 3 cheese squash casserole. This didn't even contain squash. He didn't get any squash.... nothing but breeding crumbs.

I should have read the reviews. My three-year-old son and I went to breakfast this morning, place was not busy. Waitress was distracted and uninterested in servicing our table. She brought up 12-inch straw for my son's chocolate milk and apologized she should have cut it in half, have received no refill on my coffee despite repeated requests, our breakfast was bought out cold, hard cold bacon, skim on the gravy from being under a heat lamp, fried apples were very cold as if they had been pulled out of the refrigerator and heated in the microwave unevenly. We waited another 20 minutes just to get a box and our check. The cashier was dismissive and told me that that was the best waitress they had we won't be going back to this location
