Ordered to go, the clamcakes were somehow burnt on one side which was gross. Steak fries completely undercooked and cold. Also still didn't provide au jus for the roast beef sandwich even though we asked for it twice. Annoying to come home to all of that.

It looks like we need to stop ordering from here. This was the second out of three take out orders that were just plain terrible which is to bad as Chelo’s is an RI institution. The photos speak for themselves!!

Service was great.we both had the prime rib..she had the 12 oz I had the 16 oz....It's a good scam trust me you could not tell or see the diff from my piece from her piece...if anyone orders prime rib just order the 12 oz .it's cheaper...the 16 oz is just Xtra fat not edible meat..also the prime rib
