Great place to spend time watching the world go by etc.
Only criticism is the odd curved bottom trays, drinks don’t sit flat and often spill if you don’t have steady hands. Staff often helpful by carrying them to the table for you.
It’s always a pleasure going in for a coffee. Brill staff.

These guys do an amazing job. Go here every week, the coffee is always excellent but the staff are amazing! Always so friendly and easy to chat to. Very attentive and the service is always so quick. Dog friendly too!!

Went in to meet a friend and it was such a lovely and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly. Cake I ate was yummy and the milkshake was delicious. Even though there was quite a few people in there you could still hear yourself talk, which I find a problem in some places. I always try and go in when up town and want some cake and a drink

I'm frequently in for food and drinks when I'm at work. The service is always quick, the staff are incredibly friendly and the quality of the products we receive are always fantastic. I've never had a poorly made drink. We often send customers round to try the drinks when they're asking for recommendations. More often than not Carys and Jess are behind the counter greeting customers with warm smiles

Absolutely love this Place! Great drinks and food, always clean and relaxed atmosphere. The staff are amazing and are always so friendly and welcoming, they make you feel like family or old friends!! Being dog friendly, Pops absolutely loves it too and now sulks if he misses his daily visit... he loves his pup cup... but also approves the shakes too!

Really lovely atmosphere. Sensory wise it was nice to sit and rest in a place that didn’t have blaring music and had plenty of space and seating.
I had an iced vegan latte with honeycomb topping with a vegan croissant. I would love to see more vegan options as I only noticed, the croissant, a cookie, granola bar and falafel sandwich.
With kunis now closed it would be nice for all the vegans in rugby of which there are nearly 600 members on the Facebook group to have somewhere eat in town. Rugby desperately needs more vegan options.

Honestly one of the nicest cappuccino I've had for so long! As a wheelchair user I find the shop to be nice and spacious with plenty of decent tables to choose from unlike the really low or really high tables the main coffee chains seems to like using. Also dog friendly so that's a win for me!!

As soon as you enter, the atmosphere is lovely and cosy. I received an excellent customer service and felt very welcomed. The salted hot chocolate was wonderful.
