Vena Restaurant

Just wanted to correct an earlier review on Just Eat which unfortunately I cannot remove. The food and service is excellent at Vena Restaurant. After being let down by a Just Eat delivery driver, the owner rectified the situation by allowing us to eat in the restaurant to the value of our order. The food is wonderful and we definitely return and recommend to friends.

Had a lovely meal last night at Vena, felt very welcomed and everyone was polite and attentive. The quality of the meat was superb and the platter for 2 was huge! Left feeling very full and very satisfied, will 100% be back and will be bringing a lot more people next time too! The free soup was a lovely unexpected bonus, and this was beautiful, I was tempted to ask if I could buy some to bring home! If anyone wants somewhere that's not too expensive but delivers amazing quality and quantity of food with a welcoming atmosphere, Vena is the place to go! 😊

First time visit to Vena. Made very welcome on arrival and received a soup taster within seconds. Ordered our starters and were left to enjoy at our leisure. No rushing orders or making you feel unwelcome in any way. The mains are freshly prepared and taste delicious. Portions are substantial too. Not too pricey either. Will definitely look at going again soon. Only downside is they don't appear go have a drinks licence, bit didn't ask if we could have brought our own drinks in. They only appear to do soft drinks which didn't bother us in any way.

The food was extraordinary. Good value for money. The portions are big, order food for 2 and received food for 4. They even give us free a starter. You have kids menu options as well. Service was nice and prompt. The food arrived in decent time. The restaurant is clean, the tables are nicely arranged, plenty of space to sit comfortably. Toilets are clean and you have and fitted with bidet. A restaurant I recommend.
