Burger Burger

My children had been cooped up all day while I was at work so I decided to take them out for a quick meal when I got home. However, the quick meal proved to take a lot longer than hoped. The waitress would have still got a large tip had I not had to listen to her friends loudly critique my parenting during the long wait for food. I also had to remind the staff about the rest of the desserts as only half reached our table. A return visit is unlikely. WRITTEN IN SEPT 2019 UPDATE FEB 2020 Did return visit, albeit reluctantly at first. Was amazed at quick and very polite service plus great food so upped the stars! Pleased to now recommend and family asking to go again :)

They do absolutely great food for vegans, a meat loving sorta guy (and gals) and anyone who absolutely loves pizza like me. They did a great vegan burger which was absolutely lovely and I got a side of some onion rings (with actual onions inside!) and it was darn well satisfying. Before that I had a large margherita pizza which was just splendid and absolutely what I needed on that day. If your just like me and are into pizzas or even the burgers then this is the place for you.

Took my daughter there on sat afternoon at 5pm, I didn't book but it was pretty quiet . Staff were very friendly, we were seated immediately. We were not rushed at all. Food came out less than 10mins after we ordered . Food was hot and good quality. I used my taste card so 1 meal was free. No complaints from me

A nice, clean typical Frankie & Benny's. The service is good and mostly quick when it comes to breakfast. Great deals on breakfasts too with the unlimited options. A nice mix of vegetarian and some vegan options in the menu, while being affordable. The food can be on the cold side on occasions which is a bit disappointing, but the staff are understanding if you complain. Lots of parking nearby and it's all free which makes life a lot easier!

First time visit for my sister's family Birthday meal as it's almost halfway point between us from Birmingham & my sister from Northampton. We had a to wait for the food as it was obviously all cooked from fresh & definitely worth the wait! We gave them a b'day cake to bring over as a surprise for my sister & they waited for the nod & brought it over with candles playing "HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YA, HAPPY BIRTHDAY" through the speakers which was a nice touch! A little pricey but as a special treat, or when someone else is paying then it's definitely well worth going!

Daughter wanted to go out for a meal and choose F& B'S. I wasn't overly keen after hearing nothing but bad things about the place, but I was really surprised! Firstly the waiter was spot on, friendly, helpful and not intrusive. He also had a sense of humour which is rare nowadays. The food was tasty, we went for the family feast and this was enough for two adults and two young children. After expecting the worst, a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

My family and I had a brilliant meal out the other night celebrating my niece’s birthday. Nicole was brilliant with all the kids and my disabled mother I can’t thank her enough for going above and beyond with her high level of service. The atmosphere was great, warm and welcoming. Food was good, no complaints. I would definitely come again. Thank you!
