Crystal the manager at the Main Street ship in RO was Very accommodating when there was a misunderstanding in my order and was delivered the wrong size subs. The driver was very courteous called her and worked it out. They gave me the subs did not make me wait for new ones and only charge the amount in which I thought was told to me over the phone. Great customer service would definitely go there again

If I could I would give this place a 0 .... 40 min for a delivery said I will come pick it up would not refund me the delivery fee... so I cancelled the whole order and went to another Jimmy Johns.... GET A NEW MANAGER and the other employee (man) that was working the counter sounded like he was on some kind of drugs

I have to applaud this location based on customer service. I order delivery a lot and on the rare instances that there's a delay or they are out of something they CALL ME. I've never had such consistent, clear, and quick communication from ordering elsewhere, especially other places like Panera. Most places will just be an hour late and you have to call them to ask where your order is - or a place is out of something you ordered and they don't even tell you or offer a substitution. This place is ON THEIR GAME. Thank you!

Took 15-25 minutes once I was in-shop for a pickup order that I had put in online. I worked at a JJ's for over a year, they should have been ready when we arrived or within minutes of arrival. I also got sick after I ate my sandwich, and they missed a drink from my order. It's in your best interest to visit a different location.
