Chipotle Mexican Grill

Ordered online for pick-up in store with a tip included. Our burrito bowls were missing multiple ingredients (guacamole, cheese, no kids chips, no kids drinks, there was excessive amount of liquid in the black beans, and the large chip order was the size of a small bag of chips. Quick service, but I would rather wait longer for better food and service.

If I could give this chipotle zero stars I definitely would!!! I order a veggie bowl and 2x large Queso w/chips the chips were stale. I ask for sour cream on the side it had something green in the sour cream now with the Covid going on and all you would think they would be very caution’s and always have fresh food so you can bet your tickets I WON’T be back to purchase anything else from this chipotle hell I should call the government to do a investigation!!!!

It's slammed with take out orders but this place makes your food right. This bowl came with the most satisfying feeling of fulfillment ever. Love was put into making my food. I could not have made it better myself. It was as if I was there behind the counter making my food. I sat in the car moaning like a virgin on prom night as I indulged upon a hill of culinary glory. Def recommend, 10/10

This place charged me for cauliflower rice yesterday and then failed to the rice in my bowl. It took me 30 minutes non-stop for someone to answer the phone. When I called back, a guy said let me go get my manager. He gets back on the phone takes my number and says that I will be refunded within a few hours. Today, I still do not have a refund and no one has contacted me. I have been calling all day with no one answering the phone. So, I paid for something that I did not receive and they did not do anything about it. They are always slammed with takeout orders and screw things up. Don't go there!

Cant believe this place operates like this during these unpresedented times. Order was ready at 545, but waited until 620 for the actual order. I wasnt the only one, there were about 15 other people waiting around as well. I understand that a backup happens, but if this is the case, get whatever it is organized so that the flow moves better for people trying to help out the business and still get food from it.
