I’d love to know why Google says they close at 7pm but at 6:15pm the doors were closed? Go around to drive thru and I’m told they close at 6PM. Honestly every time I come here I’m waiting an obscene amount of time for a singular iced coffee, no one asks me if I’ve been helped or tells me “hang on one second I’ll be right with you”. Order ahead on the app? Nope, still takes just as long if not longer and again, no one communicates with you. You just stand there silently waiting until someone addresses you.

Its good enough. Its a standard Dunkin Donuts. But lately their hours have been weird and poorly advertised. Half the time they're lobby is closed which also tends to be poorly advertised. This can be an issue if you order ahead or show up in a vehicle that won't fit through the drive through.

Very busy at this stop but the young lady at the counter was fast , super efficient and very friendly and got exactly what I needed...places need more employees like her! I'm just sorry that I didn't catch her name so that I could give props to her by name...

Absurdly slow drive thru. So after waiting 20 minutes, I was handed the wrong coffee and straw that was soaked through with something. When I tried to go in to get the correct coffee and non-gross straw, the door was locked. So now what? Wait in the drive through for another 20 minutes?

Driven there multiple time, with my 3 infants I can’t take out of the car to just run in and grab a coffee so I have to go here cause the drive thru, in the early and late afternoon, waaaay before 6, and they’re close with no signs or anything, you just sit at the window for 5 min till you realize no one’s coming. Online would say they are open so not sure what’s going on

Went through drive through Saturday at5:40 pm girl was stoned or ignorant. Didn’t get anything. Drove to Georgetown to get my coffee. Won’t ever go back there.

Simply terrible service. Lobby was closed today, drive through only. I drive a very large truck for work and it physically won't fit in a drive through. Other coffee shops will work with you on this issue if you explain it. NOT HERE, simply told me they don't care and that its a safety issue to serve me as a walk up in the drive through. Truckers need coffee too dunks, screw these guys.
