Beijing Restaurant

Food is alright, but the servers & manager appeared dishonest & insincere, when it comes to solving problems, minor problems. I rate it as a 1.5 star restaurant out of 5. Ordered a few times and for the last order, food is missing from a UberEat order - duck is only half portion. In dealing with the business, we received inconsistent explanations for the missing duck. In a few phone calls back and forth, the restaurant offered excuses ranging from Uber driver's fault, to our mathematical skills - counting boxes. To back up their theory, the restaurant sent over IP cam screen capture; but the manager's words contradict what the server said, in terms of the number of boxes and the content in each box. We did not propose restitution, and neither did the restaurant offer restitution in any form. The restaurant did not admit fault and apologize all along. I am not a happy customer - this is just duck, not rocket science or banking matters, and all I needed was nothing more than a few warm and sincere words.

ya gotta ask for bowls of rice, they don't just give you the rice. Also, the decor seems wonky; the window to kitchen should be in front to attract customers but it is in the back. The only people that come here seem to be high school Chinese immigrants who smoke.Furthermore, no sauce refills. Absolute bad except the soup and the hot plate beef
