Yoshinoya

Great fast food chain for quick beef bowl. The atmosphere is clean and workers were nice and respectful. FYI, download the Yoshinoya app in your ios or android device and sign up for an account. You can get a small bowl for free with a purchase of a drink. 3 stars only because after I ate the food it mess up my stomach.

Don't know if there is a food shortage at this location, but everytime I come to this particular location, the portions are very small. They give you a good amount of rice, just not enough of everything else. I ordered a combo plate today and I literally only got 2 1/2 pieces of chicken. If you have the time to go to a different Yoshinoya location, do so! I've never had a bad experience with the employees, but the food portions are very very small and not worth it in my opinion.

Their service are so bad I have to leave this review. This was my go to location when I lived in RL for almost 20 years, my little brother even worked there in his early days. The Asian man(Asian myself) for some unknown reason puts up a rude face every single time I was there, he clearly had some issues. Why how is he not fired?? We paying customers don't have to put up with that. He needs to go, or at least off customer service.

Super rude drive thru guy. I stopped going here a year ago because of him. Tried again today and he still works here. He works too fast has no customer service. He will mock you if you need time to read the menu by repeating your “uuuhhhs” and will quickly say your order back with a total even before you finish ordering. (This was all with no other cars or people in line) with the amount of reviews talking about the drive thru guy and their negative experience you would think something would have changed.

I normally don’t write reviews but…Today I was helped by a guy named Mario. He handed me my drink that I requested without ice and placed in my cup holder and as I was waiting for my food he came back to the window couple mins later to let me know that he made a mistake and the drink he gave me had ice in it. He then handed me my drink corrected. To be honest I didn’t even notice until he said something. This has happened to me at other locations and usually nobody ever says anything and I don’t notice until I get home. Mario was honest and friendly. As a training manager for a different company I was very impressed by the exceptional customer service given to me today at this location. It’s the small details like this that keep customers coming back.Thank you again Mario. Ps the food was also delicious s/o to the cooks as well.
