When you pay to upgrade .39 cents to get curly fries it would be great to actually get more than one. Lol! They were still hot and tasty though. Service was great, quick and friendly.

Worst location ever ... did on online order to pick up at the drive thru .. I pressed the make it fresh button on the app when I arrived .. they didn’t have 4 of the items I ordered and paid for.. they offer to substitute but for a smaller amount . Made no sense.. got home both of my burgers are I’ve cold literally . The fries are old soggy and cold as well. I live exactly 2 min away from jack in the box . This is in unacceptable... also nobody was wearing a mask . I usually don’t care about masks in general but with the current pandemic you would think this rule would be enforced . I will be calling corporate tomorrow. This location has always sucked. The Hispanics were smart to leave .

Terrible Service!!! I’ve been sitting at this store for 30 minutes now waiting for my food. All I ordered was a thing of tiny tacos and fries and they told me to pull around to the front of the store and have now been waiting for 30 minutes! It was the same last time I came here too. Glad to know it’s like this all the time, definitely won’t be coming back!

Best drive thru service i have received in awhile. Did was expedited quickly and fresh. Service was courteous and Edith a positive attitude. The guy at window smiled thru entire process.

Person in drive thru must have taken the order playing on you tube (we were the only car in drive thru and they missed the mark terribly. We were in a hurry and couldn't go back. Food was pretty well prepared though.

I am absolutely disgusted that the chicken fajita pita I just ordered from this place was clearly microwaved. Wilted and soggy lettuce, melted cheese, and soggy pita bread. To the trash it goes. Never again. If I was a manager at this store I would be ashamed of the way my employees made this.

Just left from there for a late night snack, was told that the store was closed and a few nights before that they were closed for “inventory” I saw them sitting in the office tonight... If you have inventory, schedule accordingly as well, don’t close your store...
