Little Caesars

I wish I had read the reviews before hand. In regards to my experience, I can say for certain that it is unbearably hot in there. I was about to step outside but my food was ready. The food wasn’t great, and I’m usually a fan of Little Caesar’s. The dough felt undercooked. In regards to some reviews about gloves, from what I’ve read and from what I can remember with family that worked in pizza, most often pizza places don’t wear gloves, since the temperatures the pizza cook at is so high it kills off any bacteria. Not to make any excuses about hygiene because this place was dirty. However, not wearing gloves is kind of a standard practice in almost all pizza places from what I’ve found. I will probably not come back here regardless.

My order took way too long. The "store manager" Destiny was very rude when my order was picked up. She neglected to give me my full order. Didn't give me my 2 liter. I was eating my stuffed bread sticks and the inside of the dough was completely raw! When I called and spoke to Destiny she was rude and very dismissive when I tried to tell her what was wrong with my order. She told me it was door dashers fault and I didn't even use door dash.

This place is terrible! Do not order from here at all! They don’t give you what you want, they are unsanitary by wiping their noses on their hands and touching the food. They are on their phones not answering phones. I ordered through the portal and I picked it up and when I got home it wasn’t what I ordered! I am beyond upset and never ordering from here again. The pizza was terrible too, all over cooked and everything. Waste of money! Heed my warning please and thank you 🙏

Walked in and the air conditioner has to be out it is so hot. I felt bad for the employees working. Just standing at the counter is horrible so I can’t imagine in the kitchen area. They said it would be 8 mins and we waited over 30. To top it off, Patricia, had horrible customer service to everyone who went in there including myself. She was monotone and had an attitude to someone due to language barrier. She then yelled at me because I couldn’t hear her and didn’t know what “ICB” meant. When I asked her what that was, she aggressively yelled at me. Pizza wasn’t good and was cut in weirdly sized slices. Crazy bread no flavor and the IBC wasn’t worth the wait. Hopefully management comes and visits the store soon and fixes the ac and the rude customer service. The guys working were nice at least!

Not a good first impression. Just moved into Round Rock, store is outdated and ends up badly crowded too fast. I ordered through the phone a 3 meat pizza 30 minutes away since I was at work. 30 minutes pass by and I ask for my order and just front the expression of the lady face. I knew in my head "they didn't make my order" Employee seem right out of high school or downright lazy and careless. I get it it's little Ceasars, but these guys were careless when they clearly messed up and ignored me for almost what felt a minute. I get a pizza box when I get a guy to help me. I made the mistake to NOT CHECK THE BOX and as I went outside my receipt flew from the wind. Now I'm home with a PEPPARONI PIZZA. Paid double the price, lost my reciept. Lazy and terrible experience I hope my second one is not as bad as this one. Have a good day and be wary of this store people. They're lazy and careless.
