Jimmy Johns

Clean restaurant. Friendly staff. Good prices. Sub style sandwich quality is as bad as any other Jimmy John"s. I went there just because my sister had not gone to a Jimmy John's and wanted to try their sandwiches. I told her she was going to regret it. At the end of the lunch, she said, "I should have listened to you." I guess if you like Subways, you might like them too. Not my kind of sandwich.

Derik, I was charged 30 cents for a large drink. I was told they ran out of regular size fountain drink cups. I eat lunch here everyday for the last week. Each time I was just given the large cup at the regular cup price. 30 cents isn't much but it's the principle of the matter. Customers should be informed of the situation and why they will be charged more. Service was great,food was great otherwise.

My most recent visit the food was good per usual. However, The lady that was taking my order proceeded to ask which sandwich I wanted. She looked super annoyed that I could hear anything she was saying when she asked me. But the music was so loud which I expressed that I couldn’t hear anything over the sound of bill Jean. Two employees stared right at me like I was making some unsound request. I mean it I don’t feel like I was being unreasonable. My husband couldn’t even order with out having to ask her repeat several times. it was like being in a night club that’s how loud the music was. I understand that it’s the end of the night but if someone tells you that they can’t hear you would think you’d turn it a smidge down. Lol For this reason I will not go back.

Just ate at Jimmy Johns yesterday for the first time on a Monday, and the cashier and stuff were very friendly. What was so awesome was that my sandwhich was made by the time I got done paying, so they get 5 stars for quick, effiecient service. Especially when a person is hungry, that really helps me get in and out of places quickly. Thank you Jimmy Johns!

It’s not worth every bad experience I’ve had here. One day there is no bread and they have to refund me. The next online order, a few days later, doesn’t print a ticket and a verification email is required. After a lot of fuss the order is made and when I get home I realize the sandwiches are wrong. I call back the manager,who is nice(hence the two stars) and she says she will re-make it. When I arrive they put the ticket on the counter and say this is what you ordered originally are you sure they are wrong- this seemed a bit hostile. I’m just trying to get what I paid/asked for so I took pictures and showed them. Only one sandwich was made incorrectly that we could see from the pictures and she remade it. Thanks for the fix and refund, but we will be utilizing the other Jimmy John’s from now on.
