Delicious Food and very well maintained restaurant. The staff here is phenomenal and was helping me find my lost card even though they never had too. 10/10 Will return again.

Consistently good food. On par with Portillo's. Don't like their chili in the chili cheese dog. Dreamsicle shake is amazing.

Good fast food made fresh to order. A very clean establishment with a friendly staff. If all Sammie's locations are as good as this one then I'll probably become a regular.

Was really in the mood for an old fashioned hotdog and Sammies didn't disappoint! Took about 7 mins to get my order, fries were real potatoes and not some frozen bag, and the staff was very friendly. The only bad thing I could say is that they aren't open 24/7 so that type of joy could be possible anytime.

I grew up on the North West side by Portage Pk. and we used to ride our bikes to Sammies little stand to buy "Gravy Bread" for a quarter. It was French bread dipped in the beef juice it was cheap and we loved it. But when your talking HOT DOGS I might be partial but Sammie's WINS HANDS DOWN! Other joints might have hand cut fries but Sammie's adds an extra condiment that as far as I know no one else adds, no it's NOT KETCHUP. Along with the usual mustard, onions, bright green relish, tomatoes, pickle, sport peppers and celery salt on a poppy seed bun Sammie's adds fresh cucumbers and believe me it makes all the difference in the world. Sammie's is no longer in the city and that's fine cause neither am I so they have several locations that I can still enjoy their dogs at. Give one a try, you'll see the difference.
